I think we have to accept that due to the pandemic they may not have been able to progress as planned or finish off but an extension is a good sign since they clearly think it is worth continuingCan blame the management for a lot of things but not covid and the resulting delay because of it lol!

The exclusivity period, as it outlines, means that partners cannot market the prospect to any other companies while it is in force.

Normally, to have this non-competition period, the interested party would make some contribution to the licence-owning partners in recognition of the advantage that the potential farmineee gains. I don't see any mention of payment for benefit.

Instead our crew have just basically said, no, take your time, have til January, take til April if you want. The milestone deadline at the end of January carries no weight whatsoever if they are already talking about an end-April back-up. So that's pretty much a year when one of our few assets does nothing. It's Hardstoft 2.

September 30 2020 was today!Corallian Energy, with its partners Upland Resources and Baron Oil, has signed a work-sharing agreement with a "large European E&P company" that might lead to a farm-out of a stake in the offshore license P2478 in the Inner Moray Firth, Scotland, UK.The parties have signed a Work Sharing and Confidentiality Agreement, and Corallian and its partners have agreed to cease marketing a joint farm out to industry until September 30, 2020, during which the unnamed large European E&P firm will complete its own regional technical work and share its data and interpretations over the area with the P2478 Joint Venture Partners.Corallian will continue to provide data to the Interested Party under the confidentiality arrangements. By mutual agreement, Corallian and Joint Venture partners may extend the exclusivity period with the interested party until December 31, 2020, should the company wish to negotiate farm-in terms to earn an interest in the license.

Work ongoing and a major oil company...next few weeks could indeed be transformational for Upland :-)1. Upland has the resources to finish the current phase of work &2. "This will culminate in drilling a well, a fairly deep well. It's rank exploration. When it comes to big spending its wise and prudent to invite a major oil company,"
