The Saouaf licence seems good, based on tge JEBEL BOU DABBOUS ANTICLYNE, with a P50 of 813 BCF - from Blackwatch's CPR

ETAP studied in detail the petroleum geochemistry of the Jebel Garcilight oil seep, and they could not relate this oil seep to any known source rocks of the area.

This is a strong indication that another source rock is active in the area.
Light oil indicates a deep, mature source rock, and the most likely candidate is the prolific Silurian “Hot Shale” Source Rock, which is interpreted to be present in the Saouaf area below the sealing Triassic salt formation.

The markets are nervous about what lies ahead. Hospitality and retail sector makes the majority of its income over the last few months of the year so if, as expected, their hours of trading are reduced (especially hospitality) then that is going to impact severely on the economy. Folk still sitting on big profits since the upturn from earlier on in the year are going to panic and sell or be forced to sell (margin calls). If you can hold your nerve (and have cash) then hold and buy on the dips.
