Publication of 3(rd) Supplementary Prospectus

Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, announces the publication of a 3(rd) supplementary prospectus approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the "3(rd) Supplementary Prospectus"). The publication of the 3(rd) Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication on 27(th) October 2017 of the Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30(th) June 2017.

3(rd) Supplementary Prospectus

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus dated 28(th) November 2016 (the "Original Prospectus"), the Supplementary Prospectus dated 21(st) February 2017 and the 2(nd) Supplementary Prospectus dated 26 September 2017, all published in connection with the Placing of 169,230,770 Ordinary Shares (completed on 1(st) December 2016) and the Wressle Farm-in Agreement dated 24(th) November 2016 (still to be completed).

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Original Prospectus, unless otherwise defined herein.
