Directors in for £842k which is almost 40% of the placing. Malaysian Chairman who already holds just shy of 29% has taken the bulk of that 40% with a £737,000 purchase.

Will give them an initial anticipated 50 bopd here and before their other low risk asset start up at Hardstoft.

Morocco, Malaysia potential assets being evaluated and I think this is why the Malaysian Chairman is taking/maintaining such a big stake.

A month ago their proposed new interest in Hardstoft was increasing by 50% from 16.67% to 25%.

On the 80% chance of success re the 2C at Hardstoft and 64% COS on the East prospect the broker valuation was 1.24/1.51/1.79 pence per share at $50/$55/$60/ barrel.

With the 50% increase in stake - the broker target will increase to 1.86/2.26/2.68p per share.

There's also over 9 times upside from the additional 3C oil potential.

CEO mentioned "near future" for a further asset. UK/Morocco/Malaysia.

Main market listing.

CEO 7.6%, Chairman 29.4%, NED 1.41% + 1 key Malaysian shareholder 10.54% = total 49% holdings.

Circa £1m cash. M/cap £3.4m @ 1.6p.

The 12-month chart is very attractive, trending consistently from bottom left to top right over the period with almost no news.
