I put in an order for 250000 at 2p and it was rejected. I'll wait to see if it drops, I'm happy either way.

The price was not pumped up (people may have tried but it did not work)..just look at the chart. If it had been pumped up it would have been over 4p yesterday

Wick was always an outside chance but worth the risk reward. It didn't pay off. I'm disappointed but not devastated and there are bigger things to look forward to. Keep your spirits up folks.

The AGM presentation stated that both Sarawak and Saouaf would get near term updates.

I would anticipate news on both in the next few weeks. With a possible farm-in on part of Saouaf.

Need good news to come fast from Tunisia and Sarawak...when I say fast I mean within weeks to keep LTH and attract new investors. Hope SS or somebody from UPL is reading this!

I bought in at 4 earlier last year. Disappointing result but and it's a big but the main play or plays here are Tunisia and Sarawak. Investors or traders looking at this over the last 6 months might have been sitting and waiting for this result as odds were against it being successful. Now they will buy in at a great discount.

I wish I had, I've learnt a lot in the last year and that entry price is very critical in becoming profitable.
Just have to wait longer for any profit here!?

Those that got in under 2p today have done very well.

I mentioned it the other day when it was released. I am not selling and will hold but we need a new broker.

They are always over done.

By the way I did say last week that Wick was but one piece of a 20 piece jigsaw.

The main picture is still there with Tunisia and Sarawak. Both much bigger than Wick.

Good time to buy if funds allow.

Tunisia worth 3x the current price. MM's fleecing punters at the mo.

Interested in all views as UPL could be interesting when it finally finds a bottom?

Disappointing but not the end of the world. Have to say I think the Optiva note was disingenuous given the timing.

Any stops will be taken out and they may well force it even lower as there is no drilling planned for the near future.

I see the share price has been marked down to 2.5 pence even before the market opens, so I guess there won't be many sellers with Tunisia and Sarawak on the horizon.

Very disappointing, but if it watered out, then it sounds like the biggest risk was indeed the failure mode.

UPL appears to have pulled the blanket over the licence, but BOIL still has the paddles out on the patient. "We will now review the results to determine the reasons for the failure of the well and its implications for the Wick structural complex as a whole

The Optiva note was an obvious signal so I hope many here sold up. Tunisia looks positive but will need financing so I wonder what is left in the kitty.
