25/9/2017 11:33 | "For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay." | tyler90
22/9/2017 19:39 | Thanks Tyler nothing new then lol. | soulsauce
22/9/2017 18:48 | Been forwarded a post from the LSE UPL board:Sent an email to Steve asking how things were progressing, as it has been quiet of late, got this back: 'As you rightly say, I am constrained in what I can say outside of official releases. However, please let me assure you that Upland has been very busy on a number of fronts over the past months and that we will be updating the market at the earliest opportunity.''..very busy on a number of fronts..'...Sounds optimistic..a good note to end the week on :-) | tyler90
21/9/2017 16:08 | Tyler, 88E had over 1 Bill boe net to them so that cause the spike from half penny to 4p last year UPL has yet to invest it's funds into a producing/exploratio | euclid5
21/9/2017 12:07 | 88E at a market cap of around £55m even after today's news and UPL less than £5m with no debt and a possibility of a transformational deal. IMO over the coming weeks logic dictates that this is reversed with what we know and are expecting but then markets, unfortunately, do not necessarily follow logic. | tyler90
21/9/2017 09:08 | Just to let everyone know that sell at 1.27 is my buy. | sull75
21/9/2017 06:18 | With 88E now shutting the well until Spring next year, hopefully SS will now focus all his energies on getting value for Upland shareholders. | tyler90
20/9/2017 13:32 | getting near top up price I think | thejaba
18/9/2017 21:58 | Wrong board buddy! | sull75
18/9/2017 21:28 | Yes, same here too What's your view on UOG, Their Exploration assets near Wytch Farm oil field "Sherwood Sandstone targets are particularly interesting: they are on the migration route for oil spilling out of the huge (500 million barrel) Wytch Farm field, and should have comparable reservoir properties (i.e. better than at Waddock Cross, and capable of producing at rates >500 bopd per well The Triassic Sherwood Sandstone reservoir is a particularly interesting target. In the neighbouring Wytch Farm Field, only 15km to the east, these same reservoirs have produced over 450mmbbls of oil. The prospects identified in PL090 lie in a similar structural setting to Wytch Farm, and are on a potential migration route for oil spilling out of the field to the west. Work by ERC Equipoise on the Broadmayne prospect suggests it has gross prospective resources of 4mmbbls. hxxp://uogplc.com/uk Recent Presentation hxxp://uogplc.com/as | euclid5
18/9/2017 21:15 | euclid, agree small fish but where the current value is. It's the bigger deals that I am here for. | zengas
18/9/2017 18:52 | Bumpa, anything on the grapevine your end ? | sull75
18/9/2017 15:36 | Zengas, thanks for the refresher news - however as you may agree the above is small fish & not transformational news it's what they manage to buy into as noted below may & a big may re rate the stock "Upland continued to study a number of opportunities in the Far East, Morocco and elsewhere with a view to farm-in, or acquisition of the rights to the acreage from the relevant government. At the time of this Report, a number of opportunities are under active assessment" | euclid5
18/9/2017 13:54 | They raised £2.2m gross (probably £2m net after expenses ) 9 months ago at the time of Wressle announcement. If they don't go ahead with the Wressle deal they won't have to pay £1.3m cash or the £300k where they would have to issue 23m shares. 383m shares in issue @ 1.3p = £4.95m. Significant cash of at least £1.5m imo. There was significant more cash than this in December results but not sure how much has gone on pre-payables. They still have Hardstoft net 2C of 1.03 mmbo and prospective resource of 1.23 mmbo and 10.6 mmboe/gas. An appraisal well and a development well were estimated at $500k each ie $1m or about £800k. | zengas
18/9/2017 13:08 | I certainly think Wressle is out but probably in conjunction with some other news. | soulsauce
18/9/2017 12:36 | My take is they are going to pull out of the Wressle farm in which will panic some shareholders into selling and allowing mm's to pick up cheap stock...only for it to quickly recover since this will be seen as positive in the long run. Any thoughts on my suggestion? | tyler90
15/9/2017 17:08 | Tyler, all that matters is we are now in an upward trend, nothing goes up in a straight line, there will always be a drop after a rise, the share price is adjusting itself within the chart for a further rise in my opinion. | sull75
15/9/2017 16:56 | I am wondering if there is some book building going on for a raise for whatever it is we have planned? | soulsauce
15/9/2017 16:47 | A near 5% drop when supposed good news is expected! :-( | tyler90
15/9/2017 11:14 | ....and me! :-) | sja123
15/9/2017 10:55 | Was not me...I am still in :-) | tyler90
14/9/2017 16:05 | Not quite 5% but like I said, will persevere for now. | tyler90
14/9/2017 15:46 | You should sell now then Tyler :) you'll be at least 5 percent up :))) | sull75
14/9/2017 15:19 | 'lock in some profits'...must have bought at a very good price. Well done!My average is 1.3005 | tyler90 |
