I appreciate that the current rising price of crude, is of little benefit to us, until we produce but I thought it may create interest. Let us be honest there is talk of it reaching $100 by christmas and if we hit the jackpot at Wick!!!

I'm hopeful that Upland will be transformational to my portfolio, which is why I'm here. ;-) Thought I was smart with a top up at 3.45p but it fell further, so I'm pleased to see it back on the rise.

I don't mind you posting your hopes and dreams for the share price, but the rules for posting state that you shouldn't post misleading or false info.

For perspective the NPV would need to be $45.5 dollars a barrel and the 50% probability of 100 million barrels would need to be met to hit a £6 per share valuation.

Very interesting JABA, good spot. They have spread their risk nicely with those three to create a very attractive risk/reward profile.From a risk point of view, our stand-alone Wick feels somewhat binary in comparison, but of course we have Sarawak and Tunisia.

The transaction has been funded from cash generated through the sale of existing investments.The Directors believe the NPIs - being a 0.5% NPI in licence P1918 (Colter Prospect), a 0.5% NPI in licence P2222 (Oulton Discovery) and a 1.0% NPI in licence P2235 (Wick Prospect) - offer low-cost exposure to near-term exploration and appraisal drilling targets, with independent prospect risks and potential for substantial value uplift, in the success case, without requiring further investment by the Company.
