Maybe there’s a good possibility of joining the ftse small cap index

Perhaps it was a delay while people researched the stock.

Don't know how accurate the numbers are or if I'm reading it correctly but the london stock exchange page shows yesterday's volume to be very low (<10K) and today's to be much higher (>170K).

Yes, quite a big holding for me now. Only 3 years ago and I was tripling up at 40p. Its been a nice ride since then. However, I am not inclined to top slice yet as its reasonably valued and the story is still very positive. I will top slice if it starts getting overvalued, but that's not the case at the moment.

My average buy price is c60p on numerous buys a few years back. This is still seen as a distributor rather than a brand owner. With earnings growing and rating improving, it could still go much further in terms of price appreciation. I haven't sold any as I like the story and CEO. Petra is a great deal as was Kleeneze. Both will take a few years, maybe 5 to really come good.

The derampers are out in force this afternoon trying to worry holders into selling in order to pick up fast-rising stock.

If UPGS keep up with their sales growth and international expansion, this share has every chance of doubling over the next 1 to 2 years.

The recent figures and performance are truly exceptional.

Remember, UPGS have repeated that their full year is likely to be AHEAD of current market expectations. And that may be AHEAD by a surprising amount.

Equity Development gave fair value of 150p in February and have already upped it to 200p.

Personally I see fair value significantly higher as the market re-appraises the enormous GROWTH POTENTIAL of UPGS as a BRAND MANAGER of heritage home-ware, cleaning and electrical products.

Their growing partnership with Amazon on internet sales is not to be underestimated, nor are their increasing inroads and traction into major European supermarket chains, such as ALDI and LIDL.

This share has a lot further to run.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

Grateful to the Naked Trader for introducing me, via his books, to a successful process for selecting stocks that still forms the basis of my process today. However more recently I have become ever more suspicious of his uncanny knack of selling out immediately before profit warnings.

People like Naked Trader are ambulance chasers. They watch UPGS going up and then issue forecasts like "UPGS could be due to go up". He is a naked opportunist feeding off the gullible and stupid who think there is money to be made from following tipsters. 379% now!

Not sure naked trader is a great sign. Last time he owned it in 2017 he bought at 171p, sold at the very highs at 223p before we plummeted to 27p.

One of the things I've noticed is how much Russell Hobbs Branded cookware is available in places like B&M since the licence was renewed. Not seen much from Kleeneze

That’s excellent epo. Should counterbalance my previous post by saying I have a fistful of lamestocks that I’ve held for longer. Market guru I am not.

Up 358%, it was a fortunately timed purchase after a drop 3 years ago. Now my 3rd largest holding.

I found it interesting from the video that they spoke of France towards the end of it. Obviously that market is dominated by Carrefour and they have a large global reach into the Middle East.

With Aldi and Lidl already featuring as Key Customers of UPGS in several of their product categories, the recent Petra acquisition and relaunch in Germany is very exciting and may significantly surprise to the upside and surpass sales expectations.
