12/2/2018 15:38 | well well..nice director buy there..300,000, must say, this looks way oversold and plenty of shorts posting won't like that purchase! DYOR | pre
12/2/2018 15:38 | Following these directors purchases is bad for your wealth. He's a rich man. He can afford to try to prop up the share. If you followed him last time you would be down 65%. | she-ra

12/2/2018 15:07 | I liked the look of these on the first SCSW tip but as they weren't ground-breaking tech or anything stayed out. After a brief bit of my own research I followed Paul Scott and bought an entry position at 32.958p. Could have got em at 32.7p but dithered. Hopefully what they don't sell in the UK they can sell in Germany. Let's hope most of the big funds that might have been going to sell out have already sold out and that directors buy. I reckon some of the orders being put back to 2019 are due to Brexit fears - but I actually don't think Hard Brexit will happen if at all. GLA. | runthejoules

12/2/2018 14:02 | Eastbourne - im interested so why don't you like this company? so what about shareholders - they take the risk etc? What is it to you if investors lose money here? Are you an employee? | kirk 6
12/2/2018 14:00 | Find it very surprising that today one can by at nearly a 1/3rd of the price directors bought in november 17.Perhaps they will add today? | ashtree2
12/2/2018 13:59 | kirk 6 12 Feb '18 - 13:31 - 1055 of 1064 Edit 0 1 0 that is nothing really from 8.8 - 6-7m wtf? The 2019 will be taking off including the German potential. This is a fantastic opportunity Eastbourne1982 12 Feb '18 - 13:34 - 1056 of 1064 0 0 0 Wake up pal, the first figure is half year, the second is full year. Massive differences. Eastbourne yes I realise this however they have already stated 2018 H1 would be flat hence the fall from £2.10 - £1!!!!!!!!!!!! | kirk 6
12/2/2018 13:56 | So will the dividend yield of 3.5p be reduced as pre the statement today to keep the dividend? | kirk 6
12/2/2018 13:55 | Not sure how it's sour grapes, I wasn't short and don't want investors to lose money, I just don't like the company and the way it has screwed people. | eastbourne1982
12/2/2018 13:54 | I now wouldn't trust directors purchases however big they are. Any purchases now will simply be a propping up exercise. Having said that this has reached a low price but the doubt I have is inflation, higher interest rates with a potential slowdown in consumer spending. Add to all that a very shaky stock market and I think I will hold fire. | she-ra
12/2/2018 13:52 | Eastbourne - rather sour grapes with you I think. They seem a company that have been pretty transparent to me. No doubt you have called it right recently. I'm happy to back them longer term. | topvest
12/2/2018 13:51 | yes agreed looked at the financials of advfn and the price and last close (61p) state 27m mkp. They must be updating the mkp every hour or so then? | kirk 6
12/2/2018 13:40 | kirk, What are you on about, as things stand the market cap is 27 million. | eastbourne1982
12/2/2018 13:38 | Why do the board keep banging on about the strength of the balance sheet as well, it doesn't look that strong to me, if performance continues to weaken this could well go bust, slippery slope time here, debt is probably 2 to 3 x genuine profits as things stand, once you get over 3 x it's a problem. | eastbourne1982
12/2/2018 13:37 | advfn already updated it lol (mkp) . just to confirm the mkp at 35p is 28m (currently 82m shares in issue if advfn is correct) | kirk 6

12/2/2018 13:31 | that is nothing really from 8.8 - 6-7m wtf? The 2019 will be taking off including the German potential. This is a fantastic opportunity | kirk 6
12/2/2018 13:22 | Robbie Bell bought circa £400,000 worth in November at 93p. He is CFO at Screwfix. Something very odd about that transaction. | eastbourne1982
12/2/2018 13:21 | EBITDA of £6-7m is £5-6m PBT or £4-5m PAT rough numbers. Equates to 4-5p EPS. Market cap below £30m is really very good value. Institutions are probably selling today. Its a buy not a sell so just flags up the stupidity of institutions! Hands-up I should have bought later on today, but I think the valuation is ridiculous now given its a quality business. This is what happens when a company goes from a growth share to a value share, even if the long-term prospects are still good. | topvest
12/2/2018 12:47 | shafting investors slowly by small drops, no sign of re trace :-( | tel11 |
