Hi KNIGEL. I seem to remember you as one of the old hands on UVEL going back 9 years ago.

UVEL is now full of uncertainty and doubts. Certainly, the Hong Kong factor has become an unknown when it was no problem in the past. The shopping mall in Zhongshan became a problem in 2009 and for holders of shares in 2015, those given free shares on a one for one basis in Leader Smart Holdings limited LSH, it remains unsolved. Unless of course, Chairman Stephen Koo knows better.
I suppose newer shareholders will have zero interest except in considering trust in Univision based on that PRESENTLY lost at LSH.

The failings of Mr. Koo as far as selling most of his shares, now looks as if other matters concerning Univision may be affected in some way - maybe, who knows?

So it looks difficult to see the pathway or maybe the 'Yellow Brick Road' ahead.

This goes back a fair bit to 2006 and involves the purchase of Leader Smart Engineering Limited:

Chairman Mr.Stephen Koo outlines the reasons why he is so pleased with the purchase dealt at 4.5p per Univision Engineering share. In the last 5 years, Mr. Koo has fallen silent and Hong Kong and China wonder why?

Loads of sellers on this share, the ones who got impaled with 4.1p scam bid.No one believe it after MMS spiked it they were dumping in 500K block.

Most probably HK based scammers.

Doubt the seller made a profit though

2 x 350k sales and not mine

Probably the person trying to force this up last few days trying to get the mm to budge but they know if it's the same person buying 50k blocks

They never lose

If you're confident in the company that lies behind it all, then just sit and wait and take advantage of share price fluctuations to add or topslice, or both.

It's a good company, and control is worth 4p or more.

Some of those small trades are mine but seems like a larger buy trade just gone though - understand what you mean - been in and out of this share for over a decade now and we both know it can double on good news

I could have acquired shares at 1.2p yesterday but wasn’t sure I wanted to buy outside the current bid/offer range

Univision has been a difficult share to buy and sell for as long as I can remember. There will be rare times when it's easy to trade but not that many. Usually about once every 18 months on average.

Unfortunately, it has been Chairman Stephen Koo himself who has created all the false dawns since May 2017 with unfinalised offers for the majority of his shareholding.

We know buying a large holding has to be worked and selling equally so.

Good luck - I will keep trying to buy back in and hopefully we will see a new contract before September results time

Yep been tight for days, even paying sellers over the mid 1.06p but lets face it it's come down a long way.

Be a good time for a contract rns and a spike so I can escape here for close to my money back or perhaps a small profit

Should be the other way around.

The US just wants to take over the whole world, the Nasdaq climbs 0.3-1% every day for fun

It's like Terminator rise of the Tech machines.

Well that will come in handy when they issue their next big contract and we might be able to get out on a big spike

Hi dave4545, The major holders of shares in Univision have over 80% and the Chairman himself over 72%. Apart from the Chairman the largest other holders failed to sell shares even when they could have got 4p to 5.5p a share in May 2017.
