I bought circa 400K shs in a few lots since yesterday for fun. Looking to sell at 4.1p with the mid level HK triad chap.

will be interesting to see what the new group bring to the table here. Buying control at such a high price is meaningless unless they have plans to inject other business into their 'listed' vehicle. The existing business can support a share price of 2p so I will stick around for now.

Mmmm ...interesting times - I've only just now seen the news on my holding.

Congrat's to all holders and even more so for those who bought UVEL from about March 2020 onward.

Noirua - spot there with your post 999 and I much agree, re; sit on hands and watch future events unfold. May be a very interesting future indeed and to be in on the ground floor price area always produces a warm glow.

A bit difficult to judge what the price of Univision should be. So will just watch for awhile.

This time the deal is with a Singaporian company at 4.1p a share albeit over a time period and due diligence a time lag. The Chairman never gives up and this time it looks good as he had previously lent Univision a great deal of money and this will lighten the pressure for him. Well done! Hopefully, this will lead to some finalisation of the LSH situation.

Welcome back BernieBoy if only for a fleeting visit. I only hold a few shares these days until the LSH matter becomes clearer. Some are definitely put off by the Leader Smart debacle.
My own floor price was 0.85p for UVEL but about 0.95p after two added contracts for MTR - with the LSH matter sorted I'd raise this to 1.8p to 2.2p - such is the concern on what might happen at Univision.
The Market Makers are even worse than in the old days of 0.25p to 0.7p.

There are few 1p shares that are worth anything but this one is. The business has a large customer tied in for at least 3 more years and is profitable. Adding Contracts for other customers would help help considerably but it is worth at least double the current share price but nobody has been interested for months. Surely more people could spare a couple of hundred quid to buy themselves 10000. ALways looks good in your portfolio!!(lol).....and it pays a dividend currently with a 5% yield!!!
