Supplementary offering circular dated 3 July 2020 (the "Supplement") to the offering circular dated 21 November 2019 (the "Offering Circular", which definition includes the Offering Circular as supplemented on 26 February 2020 and on 22 May 2020), relating to United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC's multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"). Each of United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water Finance PLC is an issuer under the Programme. Notes issued by United Utilities Water Finance PLC will be guaranteed by United Utilities Water Limited.
