04/2/2019 09:26 | Always strikes me as ironic that the noisy nimbys talk about how the presence of a drill rig in Bournemouth Bay will adversely affect tourism, then those pictures show folks actually travelling to have a better look at it. | spangle93
04/2/2019 08:56 | Game on 58% cos appraisal ! | maverick247
04/2/2019 07:41 | Rig on site now and an article appears in todays Times about it. | funtimejonny
02/2/2019 16:47 | Link on lse to local echo rag. 11 great photos of the rig on site in Poole Bay. GL all. | soulsauce
02/2/2019 08:36 | There is an article in the Irish Examiner about UOG...potentially listing on Irish stock exchange, but also gives an update of the companys various prospects and activities. Check it out on their website. | funtimejonny
01/2/2019 12:30 | There has been a seller for a good many weeks, basically since the last raising. The news today has just allowed some more liquidity and strength to sell in to and the news was hardly going to set the world on fire as I posted earlier. So the unexpected news of yesterday coupled with the continued selling, it doesn't surprise me that we are moving forward as annoying as it is. | soulsauce
01/2/2019 09:34 | Yep, exciting stuff, PVR has secured rights to a named rig that is totally overspecced for the job it has to do, but which thankfully they don't have to pay because of the penurious deal they struck just to move Barryroe forward. This will allow them to start planning and permitting a well, to execute 6 months away, which is a quarter later than they said it would spud 3 months ago. Great news indeed. ;-) Meanwhile, in UOG world, I think we can see now why Brian was spinning round so many conferences last month in an effort to get the price higher. But the share price has risen, so maybe the market was expecting worse? | spangle93
01/2/2019 08:24 | News over at Providence today! | hermana3
01/2/2019 08:23 | Agree maverick. Jamaica news should make investors sit up. | soulsauce
01/2/2019 08:20 | At £10m cap minus cash those numbers are great for a appraisal drill and it's just one assetRerate dueJamaica and Italy cpr to come and let's not forget colter about to spud | maverick247
01/2/2019 07:32 | Good news but not going to set the world alight. | soulsauce
31/1/2019 16:36 | But UOG are looking for transformational deals not up to it's current size? | soulsauce
31/1/2019 16:34 | Beaumont Cornish have done very well picking up Nomadships over the last couple of months. UOG on AIM can do a very significant deal up to its current size without issuing a re-admission document so potentially this is very bullish news in the medium term. | danny baker
31/1/2019 15:55 | summed up nicely ss, needs something concrete to build upon | mr.oz
31/1/2019 15:33 | Agree letsnotpanic but I will be on alert for future dilution. Brian has been long on words and short on delivery of late so I am keeping an open mind. | soulsauce
31/1/2019 15:17 | Have to say I sold last week and took my profits. Was looking to buy in again on a little weakness. Will now wait until after the 28th of feb when they enter the aim market.Mind you that date ties in with expected drill results so may be a little tricky. | mcpaulas
31/1/2019 15:15 | The company is fully funded - moving to AIM will make any future deals easier and its no coincidence that BL has been working on a transformational deal :) | letsnotpanic
31/1/2019 15:03 | Placing on the way. Unless you are raising money, AIM is more expensive than a main listing as you have to pay the NOMAD £30k a year. Flybe have also besmirched the reputation of standard listings so I can see all companies with equity standard listings either moving to AIM or to a premium listing. | danny baker
31/1/2019 15:02 | No stamp duty on share buying for aim listed Co's. That will help with my top ups. | 1bokke
31/1/2019 12:01 | my bad just reread the rns... go back to sleep lol. | the manini
