what happens if the shares are held in an isa and you don't sell, are they automatically sold at the closing price that day?

Added a considerable large S/Bet position
to the one I already had. Can see big upgrade
here when brokers get new notes out.

joe, i'm one that has to trade in the window from now - 17th March, due to isa, so i think if lucky enough to see close to 15p I'll take the exit, might not be that lucky tho, but hope so!

well originally news came out when we were at like 5p, so some value could mean around that, as still better than 0p

Saud, I am not so sure as I and many others have to decide whether to sell or retain outside of the ISA. If it goes to 20p , easy decision but I doubt it will play that way until after it is on aim??

just need to have followed this over the years and you will see that 'delivering some value for shareholders' has been a constant theme in the various reports and RNS' from uniq since this pension stuff hit the fan in 2009 - I read nothing into that wording other than they have achieved it

Proposed Restructuring

Result of Court Meeting and General Meeting

Uniq plc (the "Company"), the chilled convenience food group, today announces that at the Court Meeting and subsequent General Meeting held today, the resolutions required to implement the proposed scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") and the proposed restructuring of the Company (the "Restructuring") and associated matters were approved by the requisite majority of Shareholders. Details of the Restructuring and the Scheme were set out in the Circular posted to Shareholders on 9 February 2011.

It is intended that sanction of the Scheme by the Court will be sought on 17 March 2011 and it is expected the Scheme will become effective on 18 March 2011. Further announcements will be made in due course.
