chavitravi2, He's the most dangerous of dangerous fools because he convinces himself of something and then there's no stopping him.
I met him in 2009 and he dropping names about who was sniffing around, I'll readily admit I was taken in but luckily I had strict allocations based on risk and size. Even then it hurt.
Anyone who believes a word he says is most likely going to be disappointed, I saw some paid zoom interview he had done and the same old guff was been spewed, 50yrs in the business, references to Sheik Yamani etc.
He's along for the ride, if by chance it hits it big great, if not, he'll take what he can along the way.

Yep, at nighthawk he lied and lied suckered a lot of people in who lost a lot of money, including me.
I really dont see how any respectable oil Co would entertain him. He would look bad in their company and put off Investors with any sort of memory.

Guesswhosback2; there is a difference between being greedy but working within market rules, and breaching such rules to enrich crooks. As I have said, I do not know which are crooks and which are the stooges but it is certain that there are crooks - who are all playing against ordinary shareholders.

Playing on AIM is the equivalent of playing in a mafia casino. You play for the thrill and the greed (although it has never appealed to me) but do not know the wheel is fixed. You would not excuse the casino owners so why excuse the UJO interested parties.

chavitravi...me too but a few people pointed me in the direction of UJO and RBD and now I'm stuck, although have made profits at RBD and sold most, just kept a small amount. Do I remember correctly...Nighthawk and Clacton?

I don't understand why you all moan about it. You are only here because of greed. Same as the Directors. We are all in it for ourselves.

I never beat myself up for making a profit (average 28p as I mentioned) but AIM is a complete sewer which would be cured if the SFO did their job.

you don't need to beat yourself up and feel conflicted. It's a wicked world out there and if UJO is bothering you just need to learn how to relax. In these days of the internet, protesters, traffic watchers, and multi-company involvement you cannot hide information and it doesn't mean UJO are behaving badly. If you need something to worry about think Belarus, Israel, COVID, the price of Gruyere at Sainsbury's but don't beat yourself up about UJO.
Alternatively go to confession, say ten Hail Mary's then all that confliction will simply wash away!

You have to remember that people like hauliers and the police will also have been informed of the equipment movement in advance.

Daniel Levi tweeted the exact date of the RNS on mobilisation a week in advance of it being issued. I agree we could all guess it was coming but that was more than a guess. I do take the point about where the leak on WN mobilisation occurred. It could have been from the RBD camp, but the history of leaks makes me more suspicious about UJO.

In part this may all because UJO (laudably) runs a fairly tight ship in terms of admin costs and management structure. The downside of this is that they rely more on external support (from the likes of brokers and PR agencies). Elsewhere I have been told of such outfits that offer their services at a very low price simply because they will then use their access to insider information to supplement their fees. Whether that is the case here I do not know.

Personally I think Dan is out the loop now, his last "scoops" have been educated guesses that any of us closely involved with UJO could have made....

I don't think you can blame UJO for news about WN EWT mobilisation. Many people will have been in the loop.

I continue to be conflicted about UJO, despite holding 60k at a 28p average. The longer things go on, the more clear it becomes that there is either a deliberately orchestrated attempt at market fraud or that UJO management are so lax that they do not care about their plans being leakier than a colander. We have seen several placings leaked well in advance and it is equally obvious that the exact timing of the WN mobilisation was provided to Daniel Levi at least a week in advance. His leaks were further amplified by the activities of a bunch of paid advocates on sites such as LSE and Twitter (fortunately ADVFN remains less prone to this activity).

Why is any of this important if the price goes up? It is because we cannot trust the company, the management or those that surround them (it may be one or all of these). And if a company cannot adhere to basic market discipline who knows when the next manipulation will occur and whether we will lose rather than gain next time (as with the leaks of placings).

As I have said before, I will wait for the spike based on WN clarity - but holding my nose to block the smell from this company.
