Exchange rates were the problem. Always a risk here, no worry, swings and roundabouts. Everyone is getting excited by a 2% miss. Chill out, divi was increased. Cash flow impressive, cash is king.

What is with the whinging? Seems pretty good to me considering the year we just had. Looks to me like its the share price that is causing the pain. Share price is set by the business owners not the business. "Free cash flow up €1.5 billion to €7.7 billion" FCF is one of the best measures of performance in my view. Operating margin 18.5% down from 19.1%. If you don't like it - sell.

Who’s running their treasury? What was their currency hedging strategy? Where was their currency hedging strategy?

Maybe if they spent less time pursuing a political agenda and more time focusing on the business, performance would be better!

Topped up at 4160. Fall looks overdone. 2020 not a great year for most, but should be solid growth from this year onwards.

Sack Jope and hire the Donald to replace. We need more art of the deal and less woke soyboy gimmickry. Gave him a chance, but seriously...
