The Company announces that on 17 September 2024, it purchased 489,955 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital at a price of 93 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 190,437,026 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
