Issue of Equity
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 19 February 2021 it unconditionally allotted and issued 5,185,341 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 236.22p and 244.38p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 28 January 2021. As announced on 11 February 2021 the Offer is fully subscribed and closed for new applications.
A further allotment will be undertaken on or around the 8 April 2021 for those applicants requesting their shares be allotted in the 2021/2022 tax year.
An application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 25 February 2021.
Following this allotment, the Company now has 150,017,700 Ordinary Shares in issue.
