Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company") announces the allotment of 112,002 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 170.5p per share, being the latest published net asset value at 31 January 2020, to Shareholders who elected to receive Ordinary Shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative to the final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2019.

Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities has been made and dealings are expected to commence on or around 10 February 2020.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 130,005,698 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
