Clocktower After the way I have been treated here by the CEO I will not be investing in AIM any more I was left out of the last placing having invested 350k in the last one as RO best mate wanted all the stockI introduced RO to RB and was told all shareholders would get diluted ..it was a blatant lie Clocktower ..do NOT buy USG and don't invest in AIM..directors will take your money and leave you to rot by the river bank

Under Richard Owens stewardship USG shares fell from 25p to 7pUSG never made a profit in its existence yet kept raising money in order to survive So why should Owen award himself loads of options? REWARD FOR FAILURESURELY OWEN SHOULD STEP DOWN OFF THE BOARD STRAIGHT AWAY you agree Clocktower?

RO had many placings and then ploughed 1.5m gbp into this sports app which didn't make a penny However he rewarded himself with options when I introduced him to RBThis is a "reward for failure"Sums up Aim ..directors line their pockets at the expense of its shareholders DO NOT INVEST ON AIM unless you trust the BOD

Clocktower Directors behaviour make Aim uninvestable If one can't trust directors of Aim companies then no one yes NO ONE should invest on Aim Shareholders are NOT protected from directors that lie Stay away from USG and other companies like this

Problem is this CTOnce an Aim Director shafts the biggest shareholder(me) and the shareholder who saved this Company from going bust(me) then it means he shafts people in his everyday life making him a v unpopular bloke Much nicer to be a giver in life than a taker ..one day he will shaft someone and actually wish he had never done it Hopefully I will never have the misfortune to see RO again.

nico, If I could recover the money I have lost through being lied too, and through downright fraud which regulators, the FCA and Courts seem to condone and actively encourage in some cases over the years, I would at least feel justice was being done. However, it became clear to me some years ago, these organisations are only put in place to window dress the whole idea of protection and to provide justification to raise taxes, through fines and levees, and to control the population - which is little better than living in a Police State.

One way or another when they fine a bank - we pay through charges - when they fine a business because of Data breeches, the shareholder and workers pay, when the Courts confiscate money, it is nothing more than a public display of righteousness, and really has nothing to do with the crime. If you defraud Social Services of a few quid, you go to jail, if your a judge and make orders that bankrupt the innocent, and enrich those that have lied to uphold the civil service against those that have committed the crime of daring to challenge the authorities you get a medal or knighthood.

Our civil service holds the power, and uses its huge machine to control us all but at the same time provide an idea of freedom and democracy.

The FCA is only a part of this great confidence trick imo.

You may not have realised it but we are living in a Police State already, and every time they put in layers of protection they extract money from the poor to keep the production of freedom and democracy idea going.

So, as too lies and being accountable , then tell me why shareholders should be accountable to those very same directors?

Clocktower Have you seen the FCA have finally acted re MeyerLet's hope they act here where the ceo showers a major shareholder/good friend with stock at 40pct discount whilst leaving out the other 3 major shareholders THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED Directors have to be accountable for their actions I was lied to..I was told all 500k was being invested by Bernstein..this wasn't the truth

Clocktower When you encounter people who don't know how to behave in business then you just have to feel sorry for them in the real world as they can't be happy in their normal every day lives All very sad indeed..I can look at myself in the mirror ..others can't

Unusual to see just 8 shares traded in USG.

If they do not pull a deal soon I guess the money put up at 5p will be gone as well, and RB may not be happy with along with you either I guess.

Clocktower In life you should treat people as you would expect them to treat you David Kyte may be an old friend of RO going back many years but he never put a penny into the company at 10p like I did thereby saving USG from going bust David Kyte also didn't introduce RO to RB..I did!!Yet RO repays me by giving Kyte 100k of USG at 5p and leaving me with nothing Not only that..he categorically told me that only RB was investing at 5p and that all shareholders would be diluted Is that behaviour nice ? Why shaft me like that after all I had done for the company??

RB,I'm sure will know what they are like as the directors here have showered themselves with cheap options, large salaries, cheap shares for best mates and have never made a bean for USG or its shareholders They ploughed over 1m gbp into the app here which is worthless and yet they still command high salaries and shaft their second biggest shareholder after he invested 350kYou couldn't make it upLet's hope the almighty above punish the lot of them.

Look alive I wouldn't believe a word what any director of USG says I was blatantly lied to and am waiting for the FCA for their findings In fact I would say don't bother investing in Aim stocks as directors will fleece you for every penny you have and then when you do all you can to save their companies and salaries they will dump you in the river to drown

It has now been around two months since the deal was struck with RB but to date no sign of another deal being brought to the table by RB - I wonder how the ancient crocks on the board, that have run the business so poorly for so long are getting on with the cash injection that was obtained, and how much of it is left after the board has taken there excessive salaries for their failures to most investors? If they burn through it before any deal is done, will they come back to other stakeholders and ask for more at an even lower price, and issue loads more paper to keep themselves in a job?

Is this the calm before the storm, with the share price hedge where some clearly want it.

CTIf RO was a mensch he would say "hey nico we have had our differences and I know I should've told you the terms of the deal and maybe even offered you 25k of stock as you put 350k into the company and also introduced us to RB which has given us a chance,so to try and do the right thing I will let you off the lock in as you only agreed it on basis that RB was investing the full 500k"But CT you know the form..u r a shrewdie

Awaiting the FCAThen will contact sharesocWhy should I let someone who has treated me so badly get away with it?Why should I let someone, who I saved his company and his 5m shares which were worthless, get away with telling me the wrong terms of a deal and "gifting "(5p wow)a friend of his 100k of stock when he didn't put a penny in the last placing and also let RO down with something else? CT..you are a v good judge of character ..I have been misled big time ..I am speaking to the relevant authorities

So nico115, you would have been happy to be diluted from 10p to say 7.5p if you had taken up stock based on a one for one basis at 5p. If you think it is going to offer you value at the end of a lock-in period at 7.5p beats me. While the CEO might be the pits, and clearly he is by what you say, I would just sell up and move on if I had been treated the way you suggest you have, and let them bring an action against you, so you can get your day in Court and let the dirt come out.Bet they would let it pass rather than have you spelling out their dirty deeds in Court. I bet it you sold up now, they would rather hide under their desks than have the whole dirty deals they do be made public.Still, I guess once you have signed something, you will honour that agreement regardless of others misdeeds.
