I think we should be grateful that someone as well connected as Richard Bernstein has decided to invest heavily in this company and look forward to seeing what deals he brings in.

Still rising on hot air, some may well get shafted as there is no good reason for the continued increase bearing in mind that funds were raised so far down the food chain.

The regulators need to take a look at what is going on here imo.

33,561,638 shares now and at mid-market price your looking at £4,866,437 roughly - and for what?

The company has failed to deliver, and its seems to me the share price is being hiked for some manipulative reasons.

Beware! DYOR

A £3 million company value is madness for an outfit that turns over much the same a a decent corner shop, with little prospect of growth or profit, unless there was a huge influx of funds, which would effectively dilute stakeholders one would expect. As it is they have issue over 10 million share at 5p at what looks like an effort to shore up the books, as they only had £130k at the end of December - and one wonders what bills they had to meet in January 2018.

Nice earner for putting up the funds to keep them in a job.

How long before this sinks to the 1p proposed share price?

I think not Tilly99 but they will be when the time is up but for now the sky is the limit.

15m out of 22m shares are subject to a 12month lock-in. This is very tightly held.

Don't worry about the market makers as they were stuffed with stock!! Bernstein a decent name or not?

I am Tilly99 but the way this is being worked suggests to me that the MM have been put in a situation where they are stuck for stock. Under such circumstances anything can happen.

MM clearly short of stock, any buying now could send this rocketing imo, as there seems to be so little stock floating free. Big buys this morning were clearly designed to set the scene.

Issue stock at 5p, Owen and Simmonds get a load of Warrants and sucker in more punters on a wild goose chase. Change shares from 10p to 1p so they can raise even more funds each time the write off their failures,I assume, and keep themselves in a job. Meanwhile Richard Bernstein can sell the stock to persons know to him through Cantor Fitzgerald - all very cosy.

"Under the Orderly Market Deed made between Richard Bernstein, Cantor Fitzgerald and the Company, Richard Bernstein has undertaken that, conditional on Admission and except in certain specified circumstances, for a period 12 months from Admission he will only deal in the New Ordinary Shares beneficially owned by him to such person or persons as are known to him and then through Cantor Fitzgerald (or the Company's broker from time to time) in such a manner as they and the Company may reasonably require to ensure an orderly market in the New Ordinary Shares."

BEWARE!! DYOR

Richard Bernstein of Crystal Amber is a major player. He has taken a 29.9% stake, now this could really run.

Deeper into the mire this sinks, with the old codgers still drawing their salaries I expect and raising funds to support them.

Turnover, less than a corner shop and money being written off like a toilet being flushed.

The old codgers that run this clearly got hoodwinked when they invested in the website that was going to change its fortunes. How long is is since any share was traded?

Ouch, another drop today.
Wow I remember the day when this paid a dividend under the guise of Westside Acquisitions.
IMO a very strong candidate to go bust this year and I am puzzled it still trades.
If the same criteria existed here as in the US it would clear out all these dog of dogs from being listed

So few shares are ever traded and the share price has frozen solid. I cam imagine them de-listing on the basis that so few shares are traded and the cost of being listed outweighs any advantages.

Seeing there have been no news released for such a long time, one wonders if the pensioners that sit on the board have also been put on ice.

Todays results:
At least the losses are down but still a dire case and no prospects of success for the old codgers that seem to have run out of ideas how to turn the website that they clearly pinned their hopes on to turn a profit. So they only had £208k left at the end of June 2017 as against £461k in 2016 having raised a further £212k in March 2017. So over £460k wiped out in a year.

No wonder they got advice from another broker earlier this year, who I guess maybe putting a package together to raise more funds to pay these directors their rewards for doing stuff all for investors but keep themselves in comfort.

You can bet any funding drive will come with a bunch of rampers and a PR machine.

No comments following AGM I notice. So they are now able to raise another decent sized wedge to dilute the stock further. Nothing new on the ultimateplay.me website and the last post on twitter seems to be back in March. So it looks like it is still failing to hit the mark.Pouring funds down the drain with the website imo.

So, it seems as though Northland Capital sold the 200k of stock a short time ago that they were provided in place of cash, for a pre-arranged buyer for £20k I assume - as normally a volume of this size would have been almost impossible to shift.
