Closing Manchester office moving ops to Bristol and salesmen work from home!Not the most positive move obviously they paid well over the odds for Ashley those guys are still in a state of shock at the price they got.

This has the sickly look of a company about to get taken over at no premium and a proper management team put in.

Very dependent on LTSB, almost their subsidiary specialising in the small end of the market, perhaps they will buy it for market share when they sort out bigger fish post BOS/Verde etc.
Results OK but no growth in EPS. Dividend useful, I would have thought there is not too much down side but not sure how much upside without takeover/stake building interest.

Jambo is right but Ironduke has a point as that was how I read the figures first time round. The presentation of the figures is definitely poor. Why, when it's such an easy thing to get right?

Operating profit 391 v 191 last year
This year UFL only is 274 (391 less Ashley 228 plus acq costs 111)
274 v 191 is a 43% increase.

Positive update; business performing well, and augurs well for FY results. Share price on the verge of breaking out here.... any level of buying will move things rapidly
