Almost a breakout again.

Kbc jumped over Arbt after 25k sale, they still want the stock, not
seen a buy all week but the mm's want the stock.

Magic hi,

I understand what you are saying but any predator would see this as a set up that makes good money on a credit line be it from Lloyds or anyone else.

They would possibly need another source soon given their growth rate and a second source would help in getting better terms overall.

CalmTrader - IMHO I think the Lloyds arrangement makes it difficult for anyone else to look seriously at this one? Takes away its true independence? They need another source of finance to prove they are truly independent. As presently set up, they are merely a distribution channel for Lloyds? Welcome other's views.

Somebody did well to get 25k a fraction below the offer price, mops
up those late sales on Friday and again it's only 5k offer online.

AGM statement, October in 2007 and Novemember last year so you are looking
at a timeframe of anytime to max of 7 weeks for this years !

I think the lloyds arrangement works well for both parties and I can see it being increased as UFG wins new business..

Chart showing a potential double header so interesting to see if it breaks through the 14 pence resistance level, in which case it could start to move upwards to challenge previous tops which would probably better reeflect where we are with this one. If not will probably drop back and linger until more confirmatory evidence of improved trading. What do others think about the tie to Lloyds?

looks like a couple of small sales when thru at the close...you never know we might be able to get some stock on monday!!

Been around 500k bought against only a couple of sales in the last
few weeks.

The mm's have no stock, they bid almost the mid price for size and
offer just the NMS of 5k.

There is also a sell at 13.95p gone through Plus markets for 9,400 shares.

Afrorich the company will be doing a lot better in this tough climate since it "lends" money to SME's through invoice discounting etc.

In a falling market these seem to be holding up real well. The fact that it has done so well during a tough economic climate speaks volumes.

Extremely.

The one and only buy this morning 2688 shares switched 2 market makers
over to 13.5p bid.

Now 13.95p bid for 100k v 14.49p offer for just 5k.

2 v 2 on L2.

Online 13.7p bid for 100,000 v 14.24p offer for just 1,000 shares.

5k by phone, anything else like yesterday may pay a premium.

ps...past history says they will issue a trading update either
this month or next so that will be the real clue to finding out
if this remains like many of us think very undervalued, we shall see.

Lets keep the thread about the stocks and not some terrible poster
we all know what is like.

Bit weird today, just looked at todays biggest % gainer EXC, up 200+%
and on abysmal results, this market is crazy and it just reinforces
what real jems are out there like UFG, 2.7 mil market cap now, 400k
profits in the bag so what can they make in the next 12 months, how
much does 31 new clients in the first two trading months alone generate,
it's a very hard question, i've studied their website for ages and it's
a can of worms on potential profits, that means they might go up a
sensible % or they might jump again, could they make a million this
financial year, i dont see why not, still for me nowhere near a fair
valuation and i will hold till i see that valuation before i even think
of taking some profits, still hold from a low of 5.5p but averaged up
much more at 11.5-13p recently.

clamtrader. by all means have a look at NASA. It depends on your outlook on Cloud Computing, their business model, they have got funds but also refinanced their private ivestors and institutions. What I mean is DYOR before investing.
Their is a fair bit of stuff to look at on the BB.

My note to 21smithy is about a but name the researcher(TR)who seems to pumping a stock called MVW at the moment. Smithy knows a lot about him and his history on these boards. When you ahve a chance ask him and he will share soem info with you...

Still a bargain at any price under 20p.

Phone buys only again, only 5k guarenteed at 14p, that 10k buy killed
the online offer again.
