Kyiv, Ukraine - July 26, 2017 - In the announcement of 20 July 2017, it was stated that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") which took place on July 20, 2016, were duly approved.

The AGM in fact took place on 20 July 2017.
