Well, lower profits and dividend than last year, and margins declined too. Price may get hammered further on the back of this in these markets.

Is anybody still lurking here? What are you expecting in the Interims tomorrow?

All things considered, a good result would see UKR matching most of H207 numbers, and posting EPS of around 5p, and slightly higher margins (perhaps 22%) due to the start of selling hard cheese which the outgoing CEO stated would "improve margins considerably". One hopes the bank loan is no higher than as at 31/12/07 at £3.4m. The rise in exports would also be a good trend to see continued.

Sales (to external customers) in 2007 - £48m
EPS 2007 = 7.8p
PER = 10

sales of over £55M for 2007
EPS 2007 = 8p
PER = current of around 4-5
positive cashflow on operations
food sector - prices up

wish more volume there was

This is an 'in demand' share which is apparently under-researched. Such listed companies are rare.
If the rise gets noticed - and hopefully not just passed-off as a tip-sheet effect - we might see a re-rating up.

ha ha....what about doing a bit of research, rather than worrying whether share x y or z is going up/down because of some tip sheet!
The writing was on the wall a while ago _
The changing political situation in Ukraine, plus success of products and potential hidden value elsewhere in the company.
The chart said it all recently.

Re RHPS, the same thing happened with their last tip (CRA). By the time the recommendation reached it's subscribers, the share price had already risen above the RHPS buy limit. Seems a rather odd way to attract new subscribers.

Yes - the RHPS tip has now been posted, but as you say it was effectively leaked anyway. UKR gets a very positive write up.

the current surge in share price is due to 'penny shares' virtually saying they are tipping it tomorrow.
not exactly difficult to work out who they mean when they refer to a Ukranain Co. making a bundle on powdered milk and paying a divi.

Hi fishman, you are not alone!
I reckon a growing number of people will be looking at UKr simply because of its charts.
I for one found UKr when performing a MA crossover scan. It first popped up 2 months ago.
The current chart now looks exceedingly interesting. In particular the price now breaking above 1000 day EMA (red MA in chart below). Also 60 day is safely and comfortably above 180 day. Both are pointing steadily upward. The 60 day is approaching the big 1000 day. If it can cut a clean path northwards then bingo.
The Daily Coppock indicator is also climbing northward too.
It's just that I don't know much about the actual company! lol

Now being offered >mid price to sell. This may indicate a demand for shares. After all, with no trades published for a couple of days one would certainly NOT expect to sell shares immediately, and at higher than expected price! Got to be worth holding on therefore.

UKR has been a bit of a sleeper for a while, but now we are seeing strong signs that the future is looking pretty rosy. The premium price for quality issue is important as well...particularly in the light of current news re unsafe products from China....

Is this worth investing in again? Been steadily going up since last sept.. I sold out a while ago.
