Trust me to go weekend sailing when it hits the fan! Didn't see this one coming.

"the Oceanmec Karahan ZJ40DZ rig has now been mobilised to the site from western Turkey"

Why use someone else's rig when you have 2 of your own? Makes you wonder what is going on at East Sadak?

Where have UKOG got the money from or what arrangement have they made with AME?

Can't call this one. Waiting for a bomb to drop.

There you have it, proof that commentators talk out of their asses. What people have to understand is that most of the fools slagging off this shares on this BB are a bunch of swampy clones just desperate to see the compamy closed. Pathetic.

For a company that was keen to release an absolutely useless RNS regarding joining a geothermal association; their silence now is out of character.

What to make of it all? Surely they have something positive they could release; like saying the rig is being mobilized and pictures will follow soon.

Ummmmm. I bet there's been some fraught conversations with AME in recent days.

AME have a couple of their own drills so should not be a problem , once on site.

The satellite images are very poor. On the balance of probability they are more likely works related vehicles rather than just a herd of wandering animals caught on camera lol

As long as they spud with any old cheap drill , even if it's not up to completing the job.

Something appearing (very fuzzy) on satellite imagery in last day as recently linked to on LSE BB

Nothing on UKOG's twitter, yet.

If they are going to beat the deadline something has to happen PDQ .

This really is Sanderson's last roll of the dice and he will do anything to complete the drill; even if it involved death spiral.

The only, highly remote, imo, possibility is UKOG and AME get kicked off the licence by the Turkish government for failing to commence drilling BY 27th June.

I would be really shocked if the Turkish authorities did that; still; its UKOG's fault for it even becoming a possibility; so reckless not to have all necessary funds in place first.

Much more likely is that the Turkish decision makers will now take a dim view of UKOG's application for further licences.

UKOG need cash for all their operations ; not just Turkey; it has to be raised in the "near" future or all grinds to a halt.

So many scenarios are possible now.

If they can not place ; how about , just trying to raise by an open offer. ?

May take a little while to complete and would they attract enough cash?

We can not be sure just how urgent UKOG's need for working capital is. They were talking about a "near future " requirement weeks ago.

They really do not want to revisit death spiral; but that would be the last resort.

Yes; you are right bionicdog; I was just trying to leave my post with a positive
, if somewhat desperate hope.

The volume is pitiful really. Who would want billions of UKOG shares to move in this climate.

Its intriguing as to what will happen next.

If that was true , they'd already be selling them and the price would be collapsing. I also think we'd have heard from TW on the matter.
