Yes. I checked the filings. Probably late submission as even the old companies that have no licences attached to them are still active and up to date. UKOG (GB) LIMITED has Avington and Horndean licences so it makes no sense to get it stricken off and UKOG (234) LTD is BB. Admin error imo.
