A lot of the old names here have moved onto pastures new.

This looks very much like mikeygit (formerly of this parish)

But what of the irrepressible amr2017? Not sunk without trace, surely?

RE: RNSToday 18:21 Rodders, Forgive me but I thought you had more. Have you misplaced the decimal point or are my sums wonky? 0.2% of £65.7m is only £131400?

The Solo buy out at How is not a placing in the open market to raise cash is it? It's a mere 17 million shares of very low value.. why give them cash when it's a small value? I own close to 0.2% myself. So compared to the IoW buyout of Solo, it's baby dilution.

Oh yes. REAL Insties to get on board who will run a proper DD b4 getting involved.would Stevie with his "did I tell you all about BB?' style of communications encourage this little move? Another bit of cash from the mammoth flows to shell out.would someone like "I cherry pick all lse fools posts to put on here to make myself look intelligent gismo like to give us guidance on such a little hop skip and a jump to riches beyond your dreams. Stop it! Just stop it!
And what happened to that Hoyer contract gismo.y'know, them there tankers you spotted in February 2018! Flake No1 you are.

Just to show the excellent calibre of the posters at the LSE, I give you this from "dahmed":

"Anselmo,

Good post. I fully agree concerning your comments in relation to getting UKOG off AIM for numerous reasons most of which are glaringly obvious to those genuinely invested here.

I can't think of too many tangible reasons stopping the transition off this heavily manipulated market and onto the FTSE 350. It will certainly attract the larger more reputable institutions and less onerous sources of funding if and when needed.
I do not wish to see another debacle such the agreement with YA Global back in late 2017.
Angus have recently entered into a funding agreement with them and I hope for genuine holders there that this does not prove to be as problematic to their share price as it was here."

We are supposed to believe this idiot?

Free carry was only for HH-1. "Magellan" will have to put in 35% for any costs for other wells.
UKOG share will be 47%.

Rodders speaks the most sense. The following shows the sheer brilliance of the man and his intelligence:

"In summer 2018, we had an RNS confirming that cash in order of £12.5 million had been raised, and most of that has been unused from what I can see."

No one can argue with that.

As I've said before that's where the professional investors congregate.

"6 more wells to drill at HH at a 47% cost to UKOG"

I thought UKOG held 71.9% interest in HHDL. Their beneficial interest is 46.735%

Are they not on the hook for 71.9% of the costs?

Nice post from Rodders LSERE: RNS?12.5 million cash in the bank in August 2018, see the RNS from then. Plus cash from this EWT. 6 more wells to drill at HH at a 47% cost to UKOG. ?18 million drill costs at HH, total cost to UKOG less than ?9 million. Then revenue from HH plus remaining balance to be used at BB and Godley Bridge... wait till that revenue stream kicks in. 3500 bopd or 1750 to UKOG at $50 profit per barrel, $87,500 profit per day... stick that on your BS Placing pipe and smoke it.

"Pumping rate for October was averaged out at 220 bopd. What a coincidence."

I will take that as accurate but ask this; Wasn't October punctuated by 24 hour pressure build up periods and aren't UKOG now in steady, uninterrupted production mode?
