What exactly does the Reverend Rayrac bring to the ramping boiler room? Appears to be just a crate of silly lies from him and to show who the boiler room want to filter. Majority of the time though they are not filtered. Is he supposed to be like some parking attendant trying to direct others who to filter?

lol...nursery,sorry,nursing homes have had cutbacks on fundamentals..like hearing aids,....electric therapy....cold baths. sad but a fact of life
