to give impression that nothing going on at all or likely to be going on......until "unshuttered" . lol.

Gismo - just to pass the time whilst we are all waiting. Nothing really exciting to report (re gate movements)unfortunately.
I only went there as was en route home after dropping my son off at Gatwick for his flight to Nicaragua - yes quite!!!! Horse Hill was only a 5 minute drive away.

PS: went to Horse Hill. No movements of anything.
Site is completely closed and shuttered off.
Had nice chat with garage owner (car servicing and MOT's etc) - opposite -, Hungarian gentleman.
We discussed how his big parking area might be useful for tankers to await entering etc. He wants to set up a mobile restaurant to feed the many when the real activity commences. I said I might invest with him.

BB visit today - 3pm.
Parked opposite entrance; one other car only.
No protesters.
Got into quite a conversation with very pleasant Scottish man (in charge of the gate)who said he wasn't allowed up the road to the site let alone anyone else.
He did radio though and asked if a "shareholder" could just drop in for a quick look.
Obvious answer was - sorry but thanks for the interest - call the office or email them "for a pass".
To answer a previous question today - no to tankers.
I spent about 40 mins there but the Scottish gentleman said quite a lot of general activity; i.e. loads deliveries and movements of vehicles.
Only activity "I" saw was white van man turned up and shouted out window - "..... delivering these 12 big bottles"!
Turned out to be drinking water as the workers onsite getting thirsty.
Scottish man said one guy turns up and parks opposite with drone from time to time; maybe that was the "other car" but he had sneaked into the woods.
Nice view of the tall yellow crane but that's it.
Exciting day? Maybe not but nice to feel/be part of the action.
