The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 26 February 2021 the Company purchased for cancellation 38,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 258.50p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 258.50p/258.50p respectively.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 84,533,483.
