Notice of Interim Results

UDG Healthcare plc (LSE: UDG), a leading international healthcare services provider, will be announcing its interim results for the six months to 31 March 2020 on the morning of Tuesday 19 May 2020.

In line with current government guidance on social distancing, the company has decided not to proceed with a physical results presentation. In place of this, Brendan McAtamney, Chief Executive Officer, and Nigel Clerkin, Chief Financial Officer, will host a presentation for analysts and investors via conference call and audio webcast, to discuss the company's half year results and provide an update on each of the Group's divisions.

It is suggested participants dial-in at least 15 minutes prior in order to ensure a timely start to the briefing.
