Integrated Management Information (IMI Global) Announces Its Registration Statement on Form SB-2 Has Been Declared Effective

CASTLE ROCK, Colo., Oct. 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integrated Management Information, Inc. (IMI Global) (OTC:INMG) (BULLETIN BOARD: INMG) , a leading provider of verification and Internet solutions for the agricultural/livestock industry, today announced that its registration statement on Form SB-2 has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission and that its common stock has been approved for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol INMG.

John Saunders, chief executive officer, said the Company expects its common stock to begin trading within the next two weeks.  He added that IMI Global will inform investors via news release on the day trading commences.
