More likely that minds are about to be focused at the AGM tomorrow noon in Morrisville NC.
A bullish trading statement would not come amiss Bruno.

Maybe they are just replacing the batteries in the life support machine, that in turn is making those little bugs active. :-)

I know that the TYR share price is bombed out at the moment, yet the MMs are bidding for serious amounts of stock this morning AND edging the bid price upwards.
Something could just be stirring at Tyratech where we are aware that radical change is imminent.

Some sector activity over at ANCR.

Some director activity in the market wouldn't go amiss.

Mud,

OutSmart reviews are currently running at around 80% positive. These people will be buying again. Both Tyratech management and Smartpak must be pretty pleased with that.
It's another brand in the making, and will clearly help in their quest to find a partner or investor.

Can't see the share price doing anything at all until we get either a decent trading update or some sort of deal.

Michael-There seems to be no middle ground with the OutSmart reviews although in the main the balance is positive. It would be helpful if Animal Health revenues could approach $1 million this year, whilst at the same time,a normalisation in the level of US lice infestations could inject some momentum into Vamousse sales.

Not long now until the interims and hopefully further clarity as to Tyratech's future direction and its prospects.

Another 8 reviews of OutSmart, 6 5* & 2 4*

Word of mouth will play a big part with this product I'd think. It should sell itself.

Really like the smell of it. It works well.
Very happy with it! I have told other people about it.

The price of TYRU has clicked up on around £3k of shares bought. It won't take much to get the price going; I think the tide has finally turned and it may well be the Criseren purchase which has precipitated this.

Talking of Criseren averaging down, their last purchase of TYR in April 2014 was executed,I believe, at circa 12 pence,so their new average should look much healthier.

Thanks for that information, which I had forgotten about. So we might expect up to $500k this year? Since they sold out of the gallon containers within a couple of months and the reviews are so positive, you have to say sales appear to be good.

There is often discussion about the merits or not of averaging down on an investment that you still believe in. Essentially that is what Criseren have just done in a big way here so it appears they have faith in the company and the products. Judging on their track record you have to suspect this is will be a profitable approach in this case.

You asked about OutSmart revenues.According to the prelims,in 2016 the total animal health product revenue was $0.3 million growing 45% year over year (2015: $0.2 million). This covered a period when the product was withdrawn for several months,so we might see a further significant uplift in revenues through 2017.

Looking at CriSeren Investments Limited, their filing history shows that their investments have been extraordinarily successful over the past three years with their portfolio valuation rising from around £2 million to over £5 million .

(5) Date of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the stockholders of TyraTech, Inc. will be held at the offices of the Company 5151 McCrimmon Parkway, Suite 275, Morrisville NC, USA 27560, on 28 June 2017 at 12:00PM (EDT).

Nobby,
I'm not in the UK so having a chat with Bruno isn't a case of just jumping on the train to London. What would you expect to achieve at such a meeting?
I'd have thought it would be more interesting to have one after we know the results of the ongoing strategic review, after all, things will be a lot different to how they are currently.

I have just seen that the AGM was in the US last month. I really think that we should have an equivalent meeting in the U.K. as well. I have actually been in touch with Bruno recently and asked him about the possibility of a meeting. Would anyone else here be interested in meeting up with Bruno if I can arrange it?

You are of course correct michael that any T/U would be in late July and not my misread input of June.
Does any poster here know someone who could attend the AGM in Morrisville ?

Potentially we could be updated on the occasion of the next trading update due later this month.

?

If anything I think we might get one sometime in July when they have an idea of how things went in the first half.

Have you heard otherwise?

Equine fly repellants is a $60m/year market...

Page 6...

Their aim is to capture 20-30% of the head lice market so I'd guess it's similar with every market they enter. A high number of the OutSmart reviews refer to the fact that it's a natural, chemical-free product. It's what people want these days.

So how much do you think OutSmart will turn over in a year? It was interesting that they sold out of the gallon containers relatively quickly. And also I wonder what % of the turnover TYR get.
