mudbath etc: Are not TYR certificated ? Many brokers will not hold certificated shares as they have to be held in the safe and cannot be traded electonically.

Hi mud,
AFAIAA nothing has changed, if you buy TYR shares they will automatically be converted to TYRU shares after you've held them for 12 months.
Most of my TYR have already been converted and I hold just 50k of them now.

As the resident expert on all things Tyratech,can you tell me anything about the migration of TYR to TYRU shares?
The last RNS on the subject was back in 2015 and I wondered if the arrangement was still in place and how it was organised where the stock is held in nominees.
I was thinking of flipping part of my holding into TYR as the MMs will take 1 million TYRU currently,which in itself is surely a good sign and also,recently,a rare occurrence.

I see that the solicitation for concise, non-confidential expressions of interest re the proprietary breakthrough technology in the area of intestinal parasite infection reduction and prevention jointly developed by Mondelēz International and TyraTech has been extended until May 27th.

As you say, what a crazy valuation although the seller of 2.5 million TYR shares today doesn't seem to think so. A distressed seller perhaps?

Your buying price would suggest Tyratech is valued at under £6m, with $1.7m(EOY 2016) in the bank & no debt.

Crazy valuation.

The TYR buys were mine for they looked "cheap" compared to the TYRU ask.
I see that the MMs were obliged with a 2,500,000 sale at just 1.30,so they should eat out well this evening.
