Indeed Nobby. The market will decide what we are worth post 4 Jan.

If we do end up with <200m shares they will be tightly held by folk who won’t be selling at 3p.

A very interesting month ahead !!

It is a ridiculously low valuation but after all, that was what the market thought the company was worth a couple of months ago.....with Vamousse. Yes the company will have more cash.....but greatly reduced turnover. Of course that cash will mean the potential of the existing and planned products is more likely to be unlocked.

So a real conundrum as to the value post offer.....

So if 57% of shares are cancelled our market cap will fall from £9.6m to £4.1m

That would surprise me enormously.

Good luck mud, and a Happy & prosperous New Year to all(bar pettigrew).

Of course you may be left with some if more than 57% of the shares are tendered...

Well in the end, after much agonising ,I elected to accept the offer for all of my 3.75 million. My thinking was that the loss of any Vamousse contribution would mean that Tyratech losses,at least in the short term, would be ramped up.I also felt there was a cautionary note regarding the AH side regarding customers in the food production industry where Jactel stated that they"are cautious and typically try new products at a small number of facilities until they gain confidence. Nevertheless, the PureScience and OutSmart products already launched are expected to produce gross revenues in the region of $0.8 million in 2017"I had been expecting to see AH revenues higher than that.
I was also surprised about the need for EPA registration process for Guardian(R).
It is probable that Mondelez has so far been unable to sell the Technology jointly developed with TYRU.
Jactel also stated that, "in animal health and to take advantage of this material market opportunity(Tyratech) will require additional funding.

I could be sore about my decision down the line, but with an 84% clear profit @ the tender price,I will get over it !

Thanks to all contributors to the thread who served to keep my interest and enthusiasm fully engaged.
Good luck to you and to Tyratech itself.

itro 20% is my guess.

I believe most, if not all of the major holders will follow management in not tendering any shares.

In my case I didn’t invest here to be selling at 3p. Nowhere near it.

We should know on Friday

How are you so sure.... I predict about 60% of the shares will be tendered!

More than happy to be proved wrong though!

Nobby,

For Octopus to breach 30% we would have to see 37% of the total shares tendered at 3p.

That is not going to happen.

From what we already know you are going to be able to sell over 60% of your shares. So buying at 2.75p will mean you will still make a profit if you sell the remainder at 2.5p!

I am not sure I completely agree with michael that the majority will not sell. As discussed previously, I assume Octopus will have to sell some of their 19% as otherwise they will have to make a bid for the whole company. However, I suspect you will be able to sell all or nearly all you want in the tender.

Now I understand why people are selling at 2.6p so thanks for your input.

You assume 57% of shares will be tendered at 3p leaving 158m shares @ 2.5p giving a market cap of £3.94m.

Completely wrong. Few, if any of the major shareholders will be tendering any shares. Given that fact your £4m valuation is way off the mark.

You also fail to understand that we will then be left with only shareholders who would not sell at 3p so how on earth are the market makers going to acquire stock at 2.5p?

How on earth can the company be worth only £4m when Alliance Pharma have just paid itro £10m with more to come for just one product? You’re suggesting OutSmart, Guardian and PureScience are valued at -£6m.

Enjoy the festive season.

Looks to me like this Business will remain valued at around £4m when all is said & done, which could result in an share price of approx. 2.5p following the Tender/buy-back if that picks up 100% of targeted Shares.

How will that work out for somebody buying at 2.75p now, thinking they may see them all bought-back at 3p, only to discover there's a limit to that exercise and they're left holding a load bought at 2.75p but then only worth 2.5p ?

Best to wait for the fallout and get in around 2.5p... assuming there's a real future in the Business next year

I guess we’ll hear next Friday how many shares have been cancelled.

Food for thought...if we lose 20% of the shares the share price would have to rise 25% to retain the same market cap.

We’d also have a very healthy amount of working capital !!!

Just picked up another 37k. Assuming that any shares tendered will be met in full, that is a free £85 after costs!

Funnier still they could have sold for 2.75 last week. Maybe don't like the US withholding tax bit, excessive broker fees ?
