And selling TYR at 2.501! Madness!

And why are on earth is somebody selling at 2.65?!? I guess you are not guaranteed to be able to sell all your shares at 3p. However, I suspect that less than 57% of the shares will be tendered so actually anyone who tenders will be able to sell all of them IMHO.

2.65/2.99

so the whole company is worth less than the accepted offer for Vamousse.

patience.

Good news, now all we need is as few 3p takers as possible...that would send a message to the market.

Tomorrow we will be a group of shareholders who believe 3pps is an unattractive selling price so the mm’s will have a hard time getting hold of stock at this level if there’s any buying. Fewer shares in issue will add to that little dilemma.

As the market always does the opposite of what we expect we’ll highly likely go down in the morning !!!

I have just been trying to work out what price American Vanguard paid for their shares and as far as I can determine it about 6.5p. Plus of course there is the ongoing joint venture so it seems unlikely they will be selling their shares in the tender offer.

Assuming there is a positive vote presumably the price of both lines of stock will go to at least 2.75p bid....maybe higher. Then the crucial factor will be the amount of shares tendered and as you said, michael, if it less than 57%, the price should go above 3p IMHO.

It will be an interesting couple of weeks....

I have been rereading the offer document this morning, the sad person that I am! There is a line I hadn't noticed before which talks about the possible adjournment of the Special Meeting. So I think this means that if they know sufficient people haven't voted (and they will know by now as you had to have responses in by the 21st), then they could adjourn the meeting until later.
Therefore, it seems a positive result is assured.....

Just had another look at the timetable of events. The special meeting of shareholders is not until 8pm UK time on 27th December so I guess we won't know the result until the morning of the 28th.

At least it will be a 'prosperous New Year' for all the holders here.........as long as we have a positive vote next Wednesday!

A friend of mine has been doing the soup kitchens at Xmas for the past 30-odd years, says he wouldn't think of doing anything else.

The sooner 2.1.2018 arrives the better.

LOL! I tend to agree with regard to Christmas. The fact that the family gets together and everybody is temporarily nicer to each other is great but all the commercial nonsense is dreadful IMHO.....

We as a family have decided that next Christmas we are going to go and help in a soup kitchen or hostel somewhere and not have all the greed and excess nonsense!

This week's sells just about mopped up today.

Sustained buying is what we need but never seem to get.

Same here with HSBC, just mentioned tendering nothing about voting. Too late to vote now isn't it ? 4pm yesterday seemed to be the deadline for nominee accounts unless I misread all the bumpf. HSBC are stating 2nd Jan deadline for tendering.
