Broker charts for performance on the shareholder vote and tender offer:

1. HBOS - no need to chase - promptly sent a letter about the shareholder offer and an electronic corporate action for the tender offer - no charge for either. 5 stars.

2. AJ Bell Youinvest - similar to HBOS (both dealt with electronically) except that they forgot to provide a tender offer corporate action for my Reg S shares, but promptly addressed following a query. 4.5 stars.

3. WH Ireland. Only acted following chasing. Initially no response to my query. Responded to a chaser. Initially proposed to charge >£200 to tender c. 400k shares, but agreed to waive the fee when I suggested instead transferring the shares to another broker (which would have cost a more realistic £25). 2 stars for getting there in the end.

4. II / ex-TD. Haven't acted at all yet. Nothing on their voting or corporate actions pages. Chased yesterday by email. Still within their expected time for responding, but currently nothing. 1 star for not proposing large charges for ticking a box.

.Nothing yet from my broker (but am not surprised, whenever there's a corporate action I have to bring that to their attention).

I have not had any info regarding proxy voting and neither any info about the proposed selling of shares,my broker is SVS and spoke to them last friday when they said an email was immenent.What are others finding?

Nobby - I am doing a fair bit of research as to what the coy has to do do get the Animal Health side moving - Unless I have missed something it appears they will have to ramp up their own salesforce .
", Envance is an emerging leader in safe, effective insect control solutions for the consumer household, industrial and institutional market, and agricultural protection.but "AMVAC will have a Membership Percentage Interest of 86.67 percent, and TyraTech will have a Membership Percentage Interest of 13.33 percent. The Company considers the reduction of TyraTech's membership interest in Envance to be positive for the Company, as it allows greater focus on the Company's core markets of personal care and animal health" So not much profit traction here only 13.33% and the main personal care brand is the one for sale.

Smartpak seems only to be for Horse fly spray "•SmartPak Equine In partnership with premier online provider of horse supplies and supplements, SmartPak Equine, TyraTech is developing a best in class equine fly spray to provide a safe, effective repellent for horse and rider."


Do you have any data on the partnership Deal ?

Conclusion - Also as indicated in the Notice they have signifcant obligations under various different agreements currently in place.

Well said Pug! As you know, I will be making sure my 2% casts the votes appropriately. My problem is that the shares and spreadbets are held with 5 different brokers so there is a lot of paperwork involved!

There are 250k TYRU on offer at 2.725p and I am debating with myself whether to snap them up.....

The Directors believe that the re-alignment of the Shareholder base and reduction in the number of outstanding Shares will put the Company in a better position to raise capital to implement its animal health strategy described below.

...a few things to ponder there also.

Internaxx customers haven't yet received the form of proxy but I've been on to them about it. Good you mention it PUG, it's important that everyone casts their vote.

Note to all shareholders -
Do not forget to get your broker to send in the proxy VOTING FOR THE RESOLUTION TO SELL VAMOUSSE - ASAP otherwise under Delaware law and the Articles a failure to vote will be considered a vote AGAINST - See page 18 of the notice.


"The Resolution will require a simple majority of the Common Shares issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at the date of the Special Meeting. Shareholders are not being asked to vote at the Special Meeting to approve the Tender Offer. However, the Tender Offer will only proceed if completion of the Disposal takes place. Because approval of the Disposal requires a simple majority of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company entitled to vote at the Special Meeting, if you do not vote (either by returning your proxy or attending the Special Meeting and voting in person), it is the same as a vote AGAINST the Disposal.

I agree the future prospects are very bright so am not going to take so much cash out as I originally said. Anyway because of purchases this week, I am now over 7 million!

There's an article in p r oactiveinvestors(link disallowed by the children at ADVFN) about the sale of Vamousse to Alliance Pharma, well worth a read...

The sale of Vamousse should provide a significant boost to shares in Tyratech as the initial consideration being handed over by Alliance is US$3mln more than the AIM firm’s current market capitalisation...

The fun has only just started here.

Not only does the current valuation not even cover the value of Vamousse, it values the rest of the business including current cash at 0p.

Ridiculous.

There's also an interview with Bruno on the same site...

Those adopting a LTH strategy should be very well rewarded so I'm tucking mine away.

There has been 250k on offer the last few days some of the time. There was 250k TYR at 2.475 briefly yesterday.

You can buy now at 2.75p (or lower) and sell at 3p on the 4th January. It is somewhat surprising that the MMs will let you do this!
