I have just had time to read the RNS in full. I was intending to buy today having made a small purchase last week and having had the weekend to do a bit of research. I will not be participating in the offer as I believe my shares are worth much more than 3p. I will be looking to add. GLA, duc.

I sold 2 small lots today for 2.5 but the rest over a million of both types of shares I will sell for 3p.I presume the manner of selling will be made clear soon enough.Any advice appreciated.tia

PS the market reaction is truly ridiculous. Essentially the market is saying the other products and future royalties from Vamousse are worth minus £1.5 million!?!

I will sell the majority of my shares at 3p as clearly under normal circumstances it is very difficult to sell large numbers of shares. With an average of 1.9p, I think a 58% profit is worth celebrating!

Actually just checked my holding including (very) recent purchases and it is over 6.5 million now! Didn't want to undersell myself......🤔;

And the beauty is that the vast majority are in a SIPP or as spreadbets so absolutely no tax to pay!

We will be having champagne tonight!

I won't tell you how many I have but it's more than Nobby. We have one other holder here who also has a good amount. For 147m read 130m and you'll be close.

If 30% of the OS doesn't go for the tender offer then at least 80% of the shares that will be offered will get a guaranteed 3p.
In that case if one was able to buy at 2.5p one would get a 80%x3p= 2.4p immediate return because of the tender offer.
The remaining 20% would then have a cost base of 0.1p.

2.5p bid is not enough.

Short term yes corrientes, but the big one is the companion animal market where Tyratech already have proof of concept, and remember this management was responsible for the success of Frontline before they all left Merial to join Tyratech.

Why folk are selling today is beyond me.

The real value may come from antidote for 'red mites', so I won't be offering up my shares. At least that's my initial reaction.

I had such a small holding so there was little point in my continuing to hold. The 3p is only applicable to 57% of your holding so no guarantee what post sale share price will be.

Well 3p per share is about what they are getting for Vamousse in cash terms so clearly the company is worth much more than that with the animal health and other brands.
