I don't think the HH side will be sold but since you ask...net revenue for Vamousse is heading for $5m/pa, market share is rising, it can be rolled out worldwide so there's more than enough for a bidder to get his teeth into.
Surely 5-6 times earnings? $25-30m?

I'm no expert on takeover values and haven't taken into account there could be a bidding war. We're in the Chemicals sector so there's plenty of $$$ always looking for a new home. The great thing about the IP is that it requires no FDA or equivalent approval.

What are your thoughts on valuation if I may ask?
