I was told i had to complete a W8-BEN before i could buy TYR and that was a couple of weeks ago.

Could well be mudbath.

I go by gut instinct which I get after scrutinising a share over several years, and my gut instinct told me to buy more here. Some might say, you might s well toss a coin, but since over the years I've gained considerably more than what I've lost, I'll stick with my unscientific gut indicator !

Well done corrientes.
I too was concerned for a while(about doing in my dough here).
Currently my view is that we will look back on the period where the share price was sub 2.00 pence and kick ourselves for not taking advantage and investing more.

Deserved derogatory comment at the time IMO,mudbath, but I detected a bit more optimism
from Bruno recently, and the figures aren't too bad, even if you're not supposed to believe a word of what what they tell you, particularly on AIM.

When you've bought at a considerably higher price, and all you hear is tomorrow, tomorrow,I feel I'm entitled to grizzle, but a more flexible approach is needed in the light of events. On the strength of that,I bought some more to lower my average buying price considerably.

Now where is that Dr P ?

Among other derogatory comments,a certain poster informed us,pretty recently, that,"This(TyraTech) company is a depressive's dream ticket."

I have a feeling that corrientes might be revising his stance.

Without having completed a W8-BEN form?

Then something has changed, in fact the wording in this link has changed although I'd still expect your broker to ask you to complete the W8-BEN form before trading would be allowed...

Thanks timbo003.
I had hoped that the absence of posts recently did not mean that your interest in TyraTech had waned.
Looking forward to reading those "further notes" in due course.

Thanks for that timbo, a very interesting presentation.

Surely one of the big pharma companies will be knocking on the door, certainly for the AH business. The PureScience product for red mites looks like it will be a huge success.

They already have POC for a product to treat companion animals for fleas & ticks, a huge market that management already conquered with Frontline at Merial.

Lots to look forward to here.

I met up briefly with Bruno and Erica yesterday afternoon and had the opportunity to ask a few questions concerning the interims and the strategic review, I will endeavour to write up a few notes later today (or tomorrow), meanwhile see link below to the investor presentation that accompanied the interims (includes the slide on the pipeline as shown below)

Those who followed the trades here will know that large sells were mopped up on the way down leaving the mm's empty handed as we go back up.

This can move very quickly.

Nice to finally see a change in sentiment here.

This is the first time since the placing in Nov 2015 that we haven't had a seller dragging the share price south.

Each paragraph of the recent Interims sounded a positive note, some particularly so.

Two items that took my eye were that, post period end saw the," Launch of a new PureScience™ product for the poultry and swine markets in the US", whilst in human health, Vanousse was noted as,"accelerating its upward trajectory in the last months of the semester."

The latter was of particular interest in view of the peak "back to school" selling period now being in full flow.

Good to see that the MMs once again feel able to provide a TYRU buy quote within the spread. It is a pity though that they feel the need to work on a 38.8% spread where the TYR shares are concered.

Cash: $1.8m(£1.36m)

You get the rest of the company for £3m.

Just saying like.
