Prof,

Highly likely the mm's are playing games, marking the price down to pick up cheap stock ahead of game-changing news(which will of course be positive...what else?).

The only thing missing is a '1' code as they always tell of news to come don't they?

And don't forget the mm's always know what's coming ahead of us lowly pi's.

LMFAO

Did you have a date that the report would be complete and in the hands of the BoD?

clocktower, please go and read the Allenby broker note from 9th May.

The $700K was expected after normal business operations and had nothing to do with any intermediate placing.
Why on earth do you start talking about a placing when the Company has clearly stated they will not be doing anything until the review has been completed?

I'm saying nothing.

I "expect" the sun to shine each day in summer but it fails to do so michaelsadvfn, and likewise he might expect a lot of things but they may not transpire, and realising that, they may well be arranging a round of funding, or on the other hand he maybe "expecting" to have $700k at the end of the year following a placing or funding of some sort - would you rule out that thought? No, I guess you just assumed that to mean from the remainder of current and future upfront cash receipts.

Down it goes!!

Envance will pay TyraTech associated royalties and an additional upfront cash fee of $500,000 which will be used to fund normal working capital.

Prior to that Allenby said they expect Tyratech to have $700k in the bank at the end of this year. Placing? Loan?

Just saying like.

How soon do you think the will go for a placing or obtain a loan and if so will it be from a shark haroldthegreat ?

I understand one thing - there are no LEG warrants to be exercised at 0.25p or 0.3p...

Professor Pettigrew (LEG) 1 Aug '17 - 08:08 - 7721 of 7744 1 1

Yes, I would concur with some of those theories - the next tranche of warrants I think are 0.25p and 0.3p.

Best stop thinking.

Something else you don't know...there are 400m share options at 0.2p for you to look forward to being exercised.

If you look at the prices charged for this it is often 15£ unless they have it on promotion. Michael doesn't understand this though !

And there it is, not the 500k I'd guessed at but 750k.

So now there are 450k shares on offer sub 1.25p, with 900k bought today they should be out of the way tomorrow.

By the end of the session we may see the bid at .90 and offer at 1p if the seller continues to get rid of what must be bugging them. Will more buyers be sucked in at 1p?

There's another large sell in the system unless the monkey scum, as Al H would put it, are selling shares at a loss.

My guess is another 500k sell to be reported later.

harold.... I doubt if anyone can pump up the share price by posting on these threads but having not seen mud posting on here (maybe I missed them) I wondered what was going on with the bug ridden TRUMPED up stock. In fact I am surprised that the share price has not gone sub 1p yet.

As for michael suggesting there is something wrong with you charging RRP, does he not appreciate that the public would prefer to go to someone that can give advice rather than pop into a large supermarket where they would expect to get a popular low price product that just often uses branded products that are normally far more expensive to push their own high profit products.

The demand for this type of high priced product is clearly limited, and very few customers will need repeat purchases imo.

Looks like there might be a big sell showing up later as the share price has not moved on a number of buys - MM clearing a seller before dropping the offer and bid maybe.

Why would anyone ask you for Vamousse when you either don't stock it or would be charging the RRP?

Far easier just to pop into one's local Boots/Rowlands/Lloyds/Day Lewis/Superdrug/Morrissons/Sainsbury's/Tescos where one will easily find it and pay less !!

rather extreme measures. Lice can live in short hair. As you want to pump up the price please carry on.I will in future limit my comment to the share chart says it all. It wastes less of my time.I can use that time to sell lice potions that customers want. I will in fairness report when someone asks for vamousse. I have been waiting for that since I attended Bruno's presentation..

People will try something new if their previous product did not work.in the UK we no longer use insecticide where resistance develops. The problem is people don't apply enough or apply it on all of the scalp and saturate the hair from root to tip.in desperation they will try anything but will only continue if it works. you can sell anything once the trick is to get repeat sales. If a product is too expensive you will not get the repeat sales as people will not pay the premium price again.
Bearing in mind that faulty application is the problem rather than product efficacy in the UK.in the states they have a resistance problem from using insecticide products and still using them.
If vamousse was cheaper people would be more generous in its application and get better results.
