The Company has today sent a letter to shareholders setting out the procedure for voting to be followed by those who hold their shares in nominee accounts in the meeting of TyraTech shareholders (the "Special Meeting") of the Company to be held on 31 October 2018 regarding the Merger Agreement with AMVAC.
