Same old story here. Been the same for years. Incompetent management. Best sell and move on. That's if any one will buy? I'll bet you can't get a price to sell online!

As expected as in previous posts.

As for the claim of full funded for 2015 I can't see how they can do it with the balance mentioned, it will be close IMO as it's winter when related product sales are low.

That said 2015 as a whole should see good sales.

One disappointment From the rns which I have doubts about the content

The shortfall in anticipated 2014 revenues is due in large part to a decision by certain new retailers in the USA to delay the review of the Vamousse treatment product from the end of 2014 until the early part of 2015 in order to better conform to their internal line review schedule and ensure maximum impact for the launch.

As I understand in the US retailers typically introduce/review products in Q1 of each year. They should surely have known that. It wasn't one retailer but retailers which confirms my original belief. So that line I'm afraid smells somewhat.

Product reviews and launches don't happen in q4 in the US.

Too many fundraisings AL H - city probably won't tolerate another one which it looks like it will have to do by the cash burn rate?

LOL ... stable door etc etc.

2 million wiped off the MC from a heady £30Ks worth of volume traded ... bizarre. I await the huge sell trades to come.

Really can't see the point of selling a share that's already been knocked down by the monkeys at open, which is now well oversold and which needs but a few months to consolidate the recent developments and money situation. Funded for 2015 as it stands right now.

The repellent is seasonal and dropped into the game at the wrong end of those, so that won't kick in until H2 next year.

There were also some apparent delays in getting Vamousse launched on time in the UK. The advert period on the TV seemed to be post schools returning in September. I saw a number of competitor commercials but not Vamousse.

The two big claims are 100% kill rates and chemical free. Others twist their words to make it sound like it's 100% effective, so the non chemical angle was a big point which they seem to have ignored in the advert ???

There was a debate about nits recently in a typical high viewer slot. Just combing to avoid the using the chemical loaded products came up, but no mention of products that are chemical free like Vamousse.

I believe they will be way off 2nd half forecast revenue, and will need funds due to their cash burn rate.

I really like the idea and products but hey cam take time to gain traction in the market.

I don't like the way the company refuses to comment on matters that some consider material. For now it seems they couldn't give a toss about private investors.

So if the mysterious drift on the share price is supported by a fund raise and revenues not as forecast, then the insti's have been aware for a while.

Realistically the share price needs to be well above the price of the last raise, at 7p, for them to have any chance of getting another raise away. Strong results, based upon a strong take-up of headlice and repellent products, will be the only thing to deliver such share price appreciation.

Yet again a load of nonsense about huge institutional demand for the shares with a dodo at the end.

I'm still tracking it too. I see no products of the Terminix brand seem to be listed with Walmart or Home depot any more so my findings were spot on.

I wish Tyratech would stop hiding behind the no obligation (40% of envance) smoke screen, and tell investors wtf is going on with that terminix deal.

AIM is a pit with very few that can be trusted so they need to answer questions if they want investor confidence in their company.

Once they sort out the next round of funding hopefully that will be it the last time they need to.

i have just checked on the aah website, this is the second largest wholesaler in the uk , they also own lloyds pharmacies , they have no vamousse treatment in stock. this is the stock available for independent pharmacies and not what is available for sale in their own lloyds branches, now this either means they have sold out or they have not received any. the order i made for it which was placed weeks ago has never been delivered. as yet nobody has asked for it and when i have asked patients who purchase other lice products if they would pay 64£ to buy 4 cans to treat the family they reply that they would not.

Great stuff Sidam. Thanks!

At least we know that sales are increasing rapidly even if the current valuation multiple is a little high. Rapid growth is on the way!

Well - some good research from GMF.

"More fund raising looks nailed on. That share prophets article looks way off for revenue this year."

The certainly appear to have got the share prophets article correct. Their projection of revenues for the year now look to be well off the mark.

On broker's estimates their number was much TOO LOW. Brokers are now saying revenues this year will be $6m, so H2 should be nearer $5m than $3 - 4m.

But your statement on cash looks a bit wrong. AMVAC for some reason have exercised part of their warrant, but before that the brokers estimated $4m of cash at year end. A small fall next year, but back to over $4m in December 2016.

Also, the brokers are now forecasting profits next year and decent EPS and, as above, cash generation in 2016. SO NO NEED FOR MORE MONEY!

As I have said before, current trading does not justify the current share price, but 2016 certainly justifies a higher price and that is only the start.

By the way, Superdrug and Boots only had it in some stores, but are increasing that number. Tesco and Sainsbury will start rollout now and there are more retailers in the pipeline. Management indicate that Walmart sales are higher than original expectations.

Lice are not seasonal. Children can get them all the year around at School.

I am in for the long term and I think I will make a very good return.

It's a potential problem Tyra pointed out re revenues, so no I'm not looking for non existent problems.

'However, in the short term, forecasting both the timing and quantum of revenues and profits accurately remains particularly challenging as seemingly minor delays in "on-boarding" timings and processes can have significant impact on these early market forecasts. Similarly, given the relative immaturity of TyraTech's product range, any delays in product reaching stores can also significantly impact near term revenue forecasts.'

Terminix availability looks like a fly on it's back and Vamouuse has not yet appeared in numbers in the UK.

900k in the bank year end 600k to add to operations, the rest is ear-marked for Vamousse launch and build up of an inventory.

Around $100k per week burn rate, so over $1 mill gone since that news.

More funds need very soon I believe because revenue short term isn't going to be anywhere near enough.

Share prophets are way off with their $3 to $4 revenue claim for H2.

BEWARE-Hate Trader is busy bashing this weekend on numerous stocks. He is using various names. Stigologist, 21trader, damp squid and others. They will talk to each-other agreeing with one another but its just the same person logging in with different usernames. Why do you think on any thread where they are bashing that the same names suddenly appear within seconds/minutes of the other one posting a negative comment.

The Guy is a serious fruitcake and a nuisance to ADVFN and all its users.

Dont believe anything this Guy says, he is deranged and has been at these games for years now.

Tyra clearly currently have a supply/distribution problem in the UK...

I very much doubt that !

“The logistic part seems to be working well. We are top of the class as far as quality of delivery is concerned. We have put in a very good system.”

Perhaps you're looking for non-existent problems?

The Superdrug website has it for delivery but then identifies a problem.

Headlice treatment 12 in stock, I tried ordering 30.

Shampoo, none in stock.

Boots now finally list it online

'out of stock'

Sainsburys no show but not surprising as it's they have only just mentioned them.

Amazon uk have 7 available.

So a grand total of 17 available in the UK. I can't be bothered to try and locate and other sites, very few pop up on a search.

Tyra clearly currently have a supply/distribution problem in the UK, and something wrong on the Terminix side in the US.

Novartis will be slow burn in the commercial sector but may well see big sales as they gain traction.

Vamousse is available in the US.

The relevant line in the rns included funding to build up an appropriate inventory, clearly they haven't achieved that yet, and it would explain the absence of adverts.
