Ive been in & out this share a few times, had a %80 profit in 5 days the first time. I would agree, this is now one to hold, not selling this time. More deals will be done. They now have there products in the largest retailers in the UK & the US.
There going to expand into Europe. The world is there oyster.

So potentially a similar number of outlets in the UK as in the US
so the sales should go up quickly!

A rerating is long overdue. With such a lowly price I am worried
about a takeover at a bargain price which would not be good for us
long termers!

2 more Amazon reviews.
1 very positive.
1 wanted a refund. This is what was said:

.."now, a week and a half later, I just found a live lice crawling
in her hair!!!"

Suggests that the treatment worked, but

a nit(s) were not killed initially (reasons not known)
or that a source of nits/lice lives nearby, and that reinfestation
has started.

This link is tough going and relates to the known dead trademark, it seems to relate to crops and seeds etc, and is the trademark ending 113

Elevance are the challengers

Then this site shows you exactly the same guys are challenging the other trademark.

hxxp://www.plainsite.org/dockets/24v6j5nqc/uspto-trademark-trial-and-appeal-board/elevance-renewable-sciences-inc-v-envance-technologies-l/

Serial No.: 86079622
ESTTA TRACKING NO: ESTTA615743

The request to extend time to oppose is granted until
9/14/2014 on behalf of potential opposer BASF Corporation

Then if I take the company email response

"The abandoned trademark application you referenced in your emails was for goods and services Envance is not pursuing. Envance has another, currently-pending application that more accurately defines the goods and services Envance provides."

The abandoned trademark then is for products I thought Amvac were pursuing, but then the change of description could be just a word game due to the legal system. Such systems are daft, like patents where I know one word wrong can mean pass of fail.

However that trademark name is being contested too, which brings me back to the point of why are the products disappearing off listings, and the Terminix deal 'dormant'.

There could be a very simple answer of no consequence whatsoever, so I wish 'they' would just answer the questions and circs, where folks like me, get the wrong end of the stick. Then we are all happy, and I shut up.

They are a fab experienced team, but dealing with simple questions, so far, is apparently beyond them.

It looks like a great company to invest in, I completely agree. I think you guys will do well, but I don't like fog. Fog v clarity means punts v solid and sometimes significant investment.

At the end of the day a similar AIM company is in play (Eden research), Tyra seem to have a very clear and distant lead, so to me with someone on their tail clarity is important.

The answer the representative made, as mentioned isn't helpful.

Partial research ???

No one here spotted the trademark row and Sidam clearly hit back saying I was wrong re Tyra contributing to costs at Envance.

That point has not been challenged, and his post to clarify things mentions Amvac's contribution only.

Tyra as stated clearly contribute 40% as stated in their annual report and they contributed $400k for that period.

Some products as stated are not on sale.

The nomad said 'terminix is dormant' and the web searches support that.

Tyra reply 'oh we have one aspect of the trademark running'.
One is shown as dead and the other shown live, is the one BASF had challenged.

If it's all of minor importance why will no one with a bit of clout simply say so. The BOD are aware of this 'debate' so I'd rather they respond in some way to say 'hey fella, no no no, you misunderstand' then we can all live happily ever after on the topic

Why not, one simple message or call, but nothing. The share price drifts with virtually non existent volumes.

It's the AIM, so I do appreciate it does make people far more cautious, and hence I personally would like to know, what is going on regarding the point raised.

Thanks Sidam for your detailed update. It is amazing how people can get the wrong end of the stick from partial research, although clearly the company didn't help matters with it's inconsistent answers. This collaboration is now of minor importance as the new product launches are where the real profits are going to come from.

And as for anyone wondering why the price is in the doldrums; they clearly don't understand AIM!! There are many companies which are unloved and undervalued for no good reason. Our other favourite DEMG is a case in point.

I was waiting for a second reply as their first one is wrong in some aspects.

Some products are not for sale and that explains why the nomad used the dormant word.

The reply includes that I may not be able to see them as they may not be available to buy online.

Well that frustrates me as I explained in detail. They have a store search system, so I can check if they have stock before I pop down to them, they don't even list some of the products let alone show them as 'out of stock.

The Envance site itself has a 'Where to buy' facility, which can lead to an eventual dead end.

Walmart only list stinging insect spray. Homedepot are great they show stores and how much is in stock, and what I imagine to be the low sellers (crawling and stinging) are available, but not what I consider to be the high sellers Flying insect.

That brings me back to the 'dormant' word.

Re the trademark, they completely ignored my comments and links re BASF and the trademark court case, where Envance withdrew.

Yes Envance have 2 trademarks recorded

86079622 ENVANCE TECHNOLOGIES TSDR LIVE
2 85846113 ENVANCE TECHNOLOGIES TSDR DEAD

The one ending 622 is the case where BASF took them to the trademark court due to the name they already have Elevance relating to a similar sector.

In the past I have had comms with the organ grinder of the company on other shares and they have been completely wrong in their replies, and proven to be the case.

Whatever is going on, if anything, they are not going to tell us. So I'll move on re that one and look forward to the ads.

I will take it at face value that you are, as you say, looking as an investor - not a pain. So some answers and points. I assume that you were given the same answers as I was.

Envance
In answer to your earlier question about Envance and funding. I have looked through copies of the various presentations that I have but can not find, in those, hard copy evidence that AMVAC supply working capital etc to the Envance JV. I recollect that I obtained that information in a Q & A session with management. However, if you look at the report and accounts for 2013 on page 7 you will see that AMVAC have contributed an additional $1.75m to the JV. So it is pretty evident that AMVAC do finance it. - In this area you can take my word for it, assume I am correct because of page 7 or ask management.

However, the Terminix branding agreement is not dead. The products are being sold through Home Depot and Walmart, but not all branches. I do not know if you use Waitrose. I do and there are 4 branches close by. Not all stock the same product. The larger one normally has a bigger range, but some products are stocked in the smaller branches, whilst not in the largest. I guess it is the catchment area and that applies to the US.

So your statement that the Terminix deal was dead was incorrect. So was your surmise that because of this AMVAC would dump there holding.

On trademarks it was explained to me that:
I quote
Envance is still using the ENVANCE trademark and name; it has simply refined and better classified the goods and services with which the mark will be used. This is common practice in US trademark law.

Vamousse - if you look at page 11 of the recent presentation, you will see that you are correct, there are three products, Lice Treatment, Lice Prevention and Lice Elimination. However, you had said the Lyclear also had a shampoo and added that TYR had indicated that their's was the only one on the market. The vamouse shampoo is a preventative but the lyclear is a treatment. So TYR are correct.

TYR has other product - Guardian and the range sold through Novartis. In my view, it is likely that products in the Novartis sold range have much the largest potential revenues. But that will take time with probable customer trials this year and the start of orders next.

Is this a sleeper? Obviously not as it is at times quite volatile. It is also obvious that, like very many early stage companies (sales but not profits), the current market capitalisation is not justified by the current level of revenues and profits (losses). However, the company has superb management, some products with very large potential and significant USPs.

Those points, in my view, will generate substantial profits over the next few years and a share price a multiple of the current level.

I finally got a reply this morning, but probably from one of the admin folk. They clearly didn't open my links as some comments they made were wrong. Nomads and the bod won't reply etc.

Reply sent re comments which obviously won't get answers until tomorrow.

I realise with Envance, and Tyr only holding 40% the reporting side is on the side of Amvac.

At least on the hunt for information I found the contaminated areas product, it's called eliminate. You guys may have already said that, but as I say I am behind the curve.

So the Vamousse range is, kills (Mousse), control (shampoo) and eliminate (powder).

I can assure you I am looking as an investor, not as some pain in the backside. I think the products are ground-breaking, but there are a few identified glitches I want put to bed. I fear those glitches are what leave PIs buying and causing spikes leaving some temporarily high and dry, like the recent 12/13p, with funds chuckling sitting on hands.

They may be completely oblivious to Tyratech but I suspect not. Do they need more funds for other aspects? do funds know they can get in that way?

OR is this just a sleeper the market has missed. Brokers notes are out there, the interviews, the links, the news, then the SP/MC potential look daft v the products and who they are teamed up with.

EDIT
I say 'eliminate' but that's the header it's a 'home cleansing powder'

The various head lice adverts have started, so Tyra need to get a move on to get it on shelves over here.

EG

A lyclear advert (can get it for a tenner) which includes up to 10 treatments, seems to be the clear winner and is the best seller in Europe.

On first viewing of any add it sounds like it kills 100% of lice and eggs, but then, hang on, they said 100% EFFECTIVE.

Then elsewhere it says 100% removed. Then you find you need two treatments, as it doesn't kill eggs, and I think I read somewhere it doesn't deal with juvenile lice, hence the second treatment to kill the ones that are now adults. But hang on if the eggs haven't all hatched (takes about 10 days), how can you get the timing right. Then the juveniles take about 10 days to get to egg laying age.

In other words the cycle looks hard to break, for that product.

That's down to studying what the efficacy is. Customers will see 100% effective that's all.

That said I'm sure tyratech will make much of their 100% lice and 100% of eggs killed. The advertising is key, but the team is very experienced.

I was a bit disappointed to see that Lyclear have a shampoo, a claim made by Tyratech recently suggested their shampoo product would be the only one on the market.

But if the shampoo is a clear leader v lyclear then that is great news.
