15/8/2005 07:33 | RNS Number:0818Q TV Commerce Holdings PLC 15 August 2005 TV psychics now reach out across the internet A new internet TV channel is today launched by TV Commerce Holdings plc, the fast-growing media and entertainment company. Viewers can now use the internet to watch the popular Your Destiny TV channel, which features live broadcasts of well-known psychics, astrologers and clairvoyants. It means Your Destiny, already broadcast by TV Commerce on Sky 694, becomes available anywhere in the world, including on internet-enabled mobile phones. There is no need for special software. Your Destiny generates revenues from premium rate telephony as viewers contact the channel using voice calls, text and multi-media messaging to obtain live "one-on-one" readings. Strong interest in the service helped drive sales of #312,000 for the six months to June 30. TV Commerce Chief Executive Vince Stanzione said: "We are now offering near-TV-quality mobile viewing world-wide - at a fraction of the cost of launching a conventional satellite TV channel." TV Commerce envisages that web TV will continue to grow as more homes and users convert to broadband, and as better streaming technology becomes available. The company is already exploring other potential niche TV channels for broadcast on web TV only. The application being used by TV Commerce was developed by London-based web TV specialists Narrowstep. As well as being able to watch live output, viewers can call up TV schedules and watch previously transmitted programmes. The application automatically adjusts for computer configuration and web access speed. Viewers simply go to www.yourdestiny.tv and click on the "Watch TV" button. Narrowstep Commercial Director Joe Trainor said "We were pleased to offer Your Destiny TV a cost effective and robust web TV platform, and we look forward to working on new web TV projects together" For further information contact: Vince Stanzione, Chief Executive, TV Commerce Holdings plc: 01908 330 747 07712 651 777 Allan Piper, First City Financial Public Relations: 020 7436 7486 07736 064 982 This information is provided by RNS The company news service from the London Stock Exchange END | currypasty

05/8/2005 09:03 | market makers ran this back down on no volume, punters didnt bail out though, so i expect they have a pretty flat book... any buying should break over recent high's. All the newsflow has been good, no reason this shouldnt be alot higher ! | currypasty
03/8/2005 10:10 | I will be keeping a close eye on this one. | responsible lad
03/8/2005 10:08 | Moves up with ever buy, gawd the MM's must be short! | crystalblue
30/7/2005 21:27 | Curry Nope, no sign of the cert If it hasn't arrived before the AGM (whenever that is), I may pop into town to attend the AGM and ask the inevitable question. I did four EIS investments last year, and so far I've only got one cert. I hope I get the other three before the first Inland revenue September deadline for self assesment. Gordon is going to have to refund me circa £20K from the last tax year (due to my EIS and VCT investments) and as far as I'm concerned, the sooner I can get the tax return in, the sooner he has to pay me what he owes me. | timbo003
30/7/2005 09:00 | any sign of that eis cirt ? | currypasty
29/7/2005 18:23 | Very encouraging results (they are now trading profitably) and then the share price falls of a cliff a couple of days later. Obviously the MMs have got wind of something which they think affects TVC's prospects (there were sod all trades today), but how on earth are we supposed to know what that is? I'm tempted to buy a few more next week (in the absence of news) assuming they stay at this price (or lower), I suspect the MM's are short, so that will be fun. | timbo003
29/7/2005 12:49 | Agreed, a uncomfortable share to own if you got in at the ipo price. Graph doesn't look too good either. Increasingly looking like a long term hold. | traderabc
29/7/2005 09:14 | there is something odd with this shareprice !! | currypasty
25/7/2005 10:12 | not bad considering start-up costs | cgldsmth
25/7/2005 09:25 | Psychic channel makes loss TV Commerce, the interactive broadcaster listed on Aim, the junior stock market, has reported sales of £312,000 for the six months to June, helped by a good performance by its live psychic channel Your Destiny TV. But start-up costs for Your Destiny and another Sky TV channel, the Advert Channel, left the company nursing a £267,000 loss for the half-year. | currypasty
25/7/2005 08:34 | so what do you think? to be profitable after so short a time must be good. expecting share price action today? | cgldsmth

19/7/2005 19:07 | I see that we are not entirely alone in our new venture, see RNS link below (issued yesterday) The Talarius announcement states: The launch establishes Talarius as the first High Street operator to offer "gaming on the move" to its bricks-and-mortar customers. The TVC announcement states: TVC......announces that it has launched the UK's first Mobile phone casino and slots games to be branded and promoted by a television broadcaster. Oh well, it looks like we have part of the pie, which is better than none, and that's for sure. | timbo003
18/7/2005 12:50 | Gains seem to be holding well so far...not many sellers about...not many shares about either for that matter as Stanzione owns 70.22%... I managed to pick up a few at 5.65p this am - with interim results due out next Monday, this could be the start of a good run (or so I'm hoping!!!) | tobler

18/7/2005 08:09 | Hi Curry Got a few days off work, so thought I would spend a bit of time in the mornings actually reading all the RNS announcements Still waiting for the EIS certificate for TVC. The more I think about this latest announcement the more surprised I am that no one has thought of this before, it has to be a money spinner, potentially a very big one. If I didn't aready own TVC, I think I would now be very tempted to buy in the open market | timbo003
18/7/2005 07:47 | morning tim, your up early..lol You got your eis yet, i havant. great news, Co. very undervalued, imo. | currypasty
18/7/2005 07:21 | As predicted by the Mail, looks good to me, but so has all the previous news since the float, yet still the price drifts down, will it be different this time? | timbo003
17/7/2005 17:13 | There was a small piece on TVC in todays Financial Mail on Sunday: TV Commerce Holdings will announce a mobile phone casino tomorrow festuring games such as blackjack, poker and fruit machines. After their age has been verified, mobile phone users will be able to download games for free and then play with stakes starting at 10p. The games have been tested on 150 types of handsets.
