Mailing of Notice of AGM and Proxy Form - Replacement

The following amendment has been made to the Mailing of Notice of AGM and Proxy Form announcement released on 28 August 2018 at 16:59 under RNS No 0490Z.

The Annual General Meeting date was previously incorrectly declared as being on 'Friday 21 September 2017 at 2.00pm'. This has now been corrected to on 'Friday 21 September 2018 at 2.00pm'. All other details remain unchanged.

Tungsten announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Proxy Form have been mailed to all shareholders.

The AGM of Tungsten Corporation plc is to be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2AG on Friday 21 September 2018 at 2.00pm.
