25/1/2017 20:35 | Decent little tick ups on most days ? Never expected a massive surge this side of EBITDA positive, steady as she goes for now, would love to get into treble figures again mind. Still a minuscule market cap - one spark from that TEP looking like gaining any meaningful traction tough , and ......?!£££Is there any way of us figuring out if TEP is turning a corner without it coming from the company ? Any anecdotal evidence or sector figures ?? Anything ?? | dollarzpounds
21/1/2017 12:31 | Thanks. I think it was actually at least part written by him and it read well. | andrewdbl
20/1/2017 22:21 | Corporates need a 'consumer style' invoice experience | chemistdude
20/1/2017 08:23 | agreed chemist - all the great companies by nature do not have overtly happy employees. Owners / Equity holders should always have a bordering fractious relationship with staff as ultimately they are a cost on the p&l, very Machiavellian I know! For me, this is a sign of a true cathartic moment at tung where there is an urgency now to deliver. | edwardt
19/1/2017 09:42 | Sounds like it's written by someone who has been their a while and doesn't like change? - hear these kind of arguments at my place ( not connected to Tungsten or the finance industry ) from certain people, they have a point in some instances but 90% of their views reflect more on their own negative attitudes than the 'correct' way of running the business . As has been mentioned it's ok being 'great' but if you are not making a profit then essentially you are indeed quite the opposite of great you are headed for the knackers yard sooner or later. | dollarzpounds
17/1/2017 23:14 | Where have all these buyers come from? Not that I'm complaining :D | chemistdude

14/1/2017 19:38 | Why would you pay the supplier before the goods are approved? And there will be transaction costs, so where is the benefit! | bookbroker
14/1/2017 13:52 | Thanks Last para: .. it may become possible to start paying suppliers even before invoices are approved. a) I hope TUNG can actually implement this. b) This is a simple answer to blockchain supporters who think it will absorb everything in this business area. - the judgement that a supplier can be paid before an invoice is approved is highly complex and will vary over time. even with 'smart contracts' this will not be readily implementable. | andrewdbl
14/1/2017 06:48 | The Economist. How fintech firms are helping to revolutionise supply-chain finance Jan 14th 2017 "Fintech firms are not taking business from banks so much as expanding the market, says Prabhat Vira of Tungsten, a supply-chain financier. Of the suppliers Tungsten serves, 80% are small or medium-sized enterprises. Fintech firms may be more nimble, but banks have greater resources. Both sides talk up the benefits of working in partnership. As they gather more data, it may become possible to start paying suppliers even before invoices are approved. That, says Ganaka Herath, a partner at McKinsey, “is the holy grail”. | manics
13/1/2017 16:29 | Bah humbug My long (opened @53) got closed (@63) earlier today - never expected such a climb. Just a beginner leveraging stocks. My question is - Is TUNG just bobbing up along with the market or are people really buying the company? | andrewdbl
13/1/2017 14:19 | Still within your pain threshold on that short from mid December JL9? The price seemed to repulse your 4p prediction almost immediately. Blockchain is in ignorance of the broader Tungsten platform and its benefits to the customer imo. | manics
13/1/2017 14:11 | Blockchain = instant death for Tung. | jl9
13/1/2017 13:51 | A decent week - when was the last time we could say that ?! Onwards and upwards . | dollarzpounds |
