15/2/2019 09:17 | There’s only one reason for an established director to buy, but many reasons for selling. | fiftha
14/2/2019 18:17 | Comment on Stocko along the line of - director buys = noise - director sells = sell signal - director does not hold = sell signal I tend to agree. | andrewdbl

14/2/2019 15:47 | Now we know, there’s no cash call coming, can the share price please return to 52 week high? Also now cash flow positive is imminent if not already here, other e-invoicing firms gotta be looking at us for M&A right? Are the new directors in a closed period or are they allowed to buy shares? | chemistdude
14/2/2019 15:26 | IMO third quarter will have better result after disappointing number's from first half In first half revenue grew by 2.92% (17.10 => 17.60) They seems to be quite confident to achieve revenue between 36m and 36.5m in full year FY19. For that => 2H revenue has to be over 18.5m which will be around 12.5% growth from 2H FY18 (16.50m) | bs76

14/2/2019 14:41 | Just an observation. after the H1 trading updates in Dec 2016 and 2017 respectively we didn't get any trading updates whatsoever until the following May H2 (FY17 and FY18) trading update i.e. no update for 6 months. It seems we are breaking tradition. After Odey and his best mate Bromovsky ousted Hurwitz, they tell us cash has gone up £700k in just 31 days (£1.8m to £2.5m) for the first time in the companies history and have decided we will now get a so called "Third Quarter" update on Monday 25th February. Why suddenly give us a third quarter update? | chemistdude

14/2/2019 10:32 | Numbers Data : FY17 => FY18 => FY19 IH : 15.52 => 17.10 => 17.60 2H : 15:75 => 16.56 => 6.30 (unaudited in 2 months) Full : 31.27 => 33.66 => 36.25 (estimate- mid ) first thing is that 6.30 in last 2 months gives a run rate of 3.15 per month and it will need to do around 12.35m in Jan-Apr to achieve 36.25m in full year. | bs76

14/2/2019 10:08 | "EBITDA profit for the full financial year and sufficient capital to deliver current plans." So no cash raise. Tung hasn't yet dipped in their £4m overdraft facility. I suppose it will not be required in this financial year. | bs76
