You'd rather RNS the new appointment -instead it's "talking to headhunters". Note the immediacy also. Given recent context (in that Rick nearly got kicked out) I'd speculate there's been a final straw in some way, probably some big set-to, and a final parting of ways.

No fluffy quote from Rick in the RNS is also telling, imo.

Groundhog day for me.
Sold 70% of my TUNG holding last April-Oct
Sat on cash for a while
Bought some ALFA @113 (... well, they make a profit).

If you want a laugh, look at the ALFA SP, Viv should fit right in

Tradeshift is in talks with Basware. So as per FT - Tradseshift is also in touch with Odey. Hmmm

Tradeshift raised $250m last year and is in talk with Basware for cash offer of over 500m in a joint bid with another chinese company


Tradeshift can buy Tung on their own and for quite less cash :)

... what are they going to do with that money.

If past performance is anything like a guide to the future, the answer is
d) All of the above.

The current management have a track record of making a loss.
iirc so do their predecessors

There will be a lot of resistance to a cash call.

I suppose market is expecting cash call soon. So the price at 23 :)

Cannacord analyst might believe that company doesn't need to raise cash and will be cash +ve from this half.

Let's see who is right :) when is the next update?
